Silas' POV:
To say we were shocked was an understatement.
Athena.
We all sat in silence for a moment, hearing a clicking noise I turn to Gabriel who is typing away on his laptop.
"I have her information." He states quietly.
"Well, care to share with the rest of the table?!" Kaden my son says irritated and getting antsy.
"She goes by Athena Cullens. Her address is 354 Archer Street, main avenue road. She has worked here for over a year and-..." he trails off as a loud voice interrupted us.
"You bitch! I told the boy no chilli flakes on top. I'm allergic. Are you trying to kill me?!" The angry voice booms.
The restaurant becomes almost completely silent as most watch the scene unfolds.
We all turn to the source of the loud voice and what I see makes me and the rest of my family ready to murder.
There was my Athena's small wrist in the hands of a man I do business with, legal and illegal. I could tell by her face he was hurting her.
With that I got up as did the rest of the family until I told them to stay seated. They all looked angry and murderous but none more than my father.
And trust me when I say he can be a very scary dude. Even for his age you wouldn't want to get on his bad side. In his time as don he was ruthless.
As I make my way over, I hear her trying to calm him down, but he only gets angrier then a pop noise could be heard, instantly knew it was her wrist.
That fucker.
He will definitely be at one of the warehouses later and we will all have our turn for hurting my bambina.
"Donovan you better let go of the girl now, before word gets out you go around hurting young girls over chilli flakes on your food." I kept my voice cold and hateful I was seconds away from putting a bullet between his eyes, but I didn't want my Princess to witness that.
He let go of her once he sees me giving a quick 'sorry' toward me.
Don't know why he's apologising to me.
But he will pay, nonetheless.
"Are you okay principessa?" I ask her, snapping out of my murderous thoughts.
I can see her wrist is red and starting to bruise.
"Yeah of course. Just a little sore." She tells me with a small laugh trying to play it off, but I can tell she is lying.Turning my gaze to Donovan I'm imaging all the ways I can make him scream like a little bitch.
"W-well I should get back to work." Athena says. I try to reach for her wrist to examine it properly, but she only pulls it closer to her chest.
Instead, I turn toward the table where all my family sat watching as I summon Gio to make his way over.
He comes over and I introduce them. "This here is Gio my little brother, he is a doctor please let him have a look at your wrist." I say to Athena giving he a smile.
"Really it's okay, I'll stop by the doctor tomorrow. I really have to get back to work." I can see her glancing behind me and Gio as she says this.
I don't want her to wait, she is obviously in pain and waiting so long to get her wrist seen won't be good.
Turing around I see her boss standing there glaring at her to get back to work, which just angers me even more. I give the boss a look and he retreats to back of the restaurant.
