In the snowy northern region known as Jingle Village, Dr. Flappe examines Cyborg Tao's inner mechanics. His discoveries are both familiar and unknown.

Dr. Flappe: Astonishing! Not since I've worked in the Red Ribbon Army's android development program have I seen anything like this. Most of these mechanics I recognize from my routine maintenance jobs on Eighter. But a few of these I don't recognize at all, there completely foreign to me, as if there of some kind of alien origin!
As Tao lays on the Doctors examining table old memories begin to resurface in his mind. The time Dr.Gero found him half dead from his battle with Goku, of the grenade that nearly took his life away. Tao remembers the battle he had with Goku beneath Korins Tower like it were yesterday!

Cyborg Tao: Well Doctor what can you tell me? How is it that I'm able to increase my strength by simply plugging into....
Suddenly a knock on the door interrupts their conversation.
Tao rises from the table and warns the Doctor.
Cyborg Tao: If you value your life no one is to know I'm here or what we're doing, is that understood?
Frightened, Dr.Flappe replies.
Dr.Flappe: Y...Yes mister Tao! I understand, it's just my weekly mail delivery that's all.
Cyborg Tao: See to it then and do not try to trick me!
Dr.Flappe answers the door and a minute or so later returns to Tao.
Dr.Flappe: It was just as I said, Eighter delivers my mail regularly. Nothing to worry about, he gone now.
Cyborg Tao: Eighter? Ah yes Android 8! He's been here this whole time?
Dr.Flappe: You needn't worry about him, he's harmless. In fact his circuitry is very similar to your own, your both based off of older technology. Besides the new enhancements Gero gave you of course. But yes back to the matter at hand, It seems that the new enhancements that were installed into your neural cortex has had a unforeseen result. The newer enhancements were not meant to work concurrently with the older components. There for the new component's are draining energy from the older ones, and to compensate the older components are in turn draining energy from what ever you touch or should I say in your case plug into!
