My mind still couldn't wrap around the idea that he asked me out. After I said yes he smiled and kissed my cheek and left. I was pretty sure I stood at the doorway and stared at the air for a good 5 minutes. Once I shut the door and went up to my room I was still in shock. Naturally, the only thing I did was pick up the phone and call Anthony.

We both freaked out together and yes I was insanely happy. Tristan had said the date would be on Saturday and he'd pick me up at around 8. So here I was on a Saturday morning sitting on the sofa in my closet staring at what to wear. Stacey and Kia offered to help me out, but I said I didn't need any because I wanted to do this myself. I didn't want to have to rely on people to constantly help me. The day was planned out. I woke up at 8 and did my own facial mask, I did some yoga then here I was deciding what to wear. I had a 3 hour cushion time to decided what to wear and if I had no choice, I could head into the city and get something and proceed to get my hair and nails done when the 3 hours were over. By the time I'm home, I'd just have to relax and change just before 8.

I know, I must sound like a freak. But if I don't plan it out, I'll be running around like a headless chicken.

"What to wear.. what to wear. Help me out Athena." I looked at her and all she did was tilt he head to the side and then drop her back down and fall back asleep.

"Thanks alot." I went back to skimming through my wardrobe, when Beethoven's symphony No.5 rang from my phone.

My mother.

"Yes mama." I didn't even bother answering properly.

"Hello to you too cara. We heard that you're going out witih Tristan. Are you attempting to give ME a heart attack?"

"Would that make you stop talking to me mama?" my voice was clipped.

"How can you talk to me that way? Do you not care for me?"

"Leave the girl alone! She's got my approval." my dad's distant voice said.

"You're supposed to be on my side!" my mother shouted back.

"Look mama. I have to go. Bye!" I cut her off mis sentence.

I was already getting a mild headache from that conversation. "Shopping and a massage it is." I said to myself. Before I left, I took a long bubble bath and dressed casually for the city. I already made the appointment for my massage and I was looking forward to it.

After my "Muscle Melt" massage, I strolled down the street in 5th Ave with the guards trailing me discreetly from behind from my request much to their resentment. Tristan had told me that it was going to be dinner at a rather nice restaurant and after he would take me dancing! I was actually pretty excited about that part because I haven't had real fun in a while. I missed clubs and their music. My kind of music.

So I had to bring my A game. I wanted Tristan to have his eyes only on me and no other bitch was going to drag him from me. Ok, wow. That was rather possessive. The first shop I walked in was Herve Leger. My one stop shop because their figure-hugging dresses were amazing. But to my displeasure, there was nothing that caught my eye. I decided to head up to my favorite little boutique which had rare items. It was called "My Little Secret". They carried designers from all over the world and had some vintage stuff also.

As soon as I stepped in, the girl working there remembered me.

"Ms.Fiori! It's great to have you back!"

"Thank you. Please tell me you have something that suits my taste." I told her.

"As a matter of fact, we do. Come this way." she led me to the seating area in the large fitting room. I loved how I shopped there so much, she got accustomed to my taste. Which was simple and sophisticated, or wild and sexy. Two opposite ends of the spectrum.
