"Lord Sesshomaru, it has been some time my old friend, how may I help you." The Goblin greeted with a much kinder smile, Hadleigh was surprised a Goblin could smile like that, all the other Goblins had scary faces. But this Goblin, his bright yellow eyes were filled with kindness, his smile genuine, and he was impeccably dressed. Well, she wasn't sure if he was a Goblin anymore, after all he was green and he has a big mouth for one so small, and large yellow eyes that take up almost half his face. His mouth is similar to a bird's beak, and his ears are pointy. So maybe he wasn't a Goblin.
"Jaken, it has been some time, I need your help, I have taken Hadleigh as my pup, given her my abilities, she is a true Inu Daiyōkai, but I know that the wizarding world are disgusting mortals, so I want to make sure she will not be taken from me." Sesshomaru said to the not Goblin.
Jaken hummed before pulling out a big scroll and a dagger. "First we must find out who she is related too, just encase she has people who aren't like the ones she was with." Jaken grumbled as he placed it in front of Hadleigh. "Okay Missy, all you got to do is prick your finger and allow five drops of blood to fall onto the parchment, the rest will do it itself." Jaken instructed the girl.
Nodding her head Hadleigh took the dagger and pricked her pointer, five drops of blood landed perfectly in the middle, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip. Moving her finger away from the parchment she licked the injured spot watching it heal quickly.

Hadleigh was frozen, who was this person, who was this Dumbledore, and how dare he do this to her. Her hair started to spark once more, her teeth elongated, as she shifted into her dog-demon form, Jaken's office quickly compensated for her size, as she roared loudly in anger, her sharp pointed teeth on full display, her razor-sharp claws dug holes into the ground, as her hackles raised. Jaken had to admit she looked very much like a smaller version of his Lord Sesshomaru, and it was exciting to see. Sesshomaru read what was written, understanding his pup's anger, she had every right to be angry, every right to want to destroy this Dumbledore fellow. He and Jaken waited until Hadleigh calmed, her fur still raised as she took deep breaths. Before she was once more a little girl.
"What did I do to him, for him to do something like this." She cried with tears streaming down her face. "Someone was supposed to take me if these two people couldn't look after me, I should never have been hurt!" She screamed as her magic reacted blowing the books off their shelves, the desk being flung at the wall. She was distraught, she was angry, she wanted revenge. When everything calmed, Jaken sighed before waving his hand, everything returning to its rightful place, as Sesshomaru held Hadleigh in his arms the little girl crying at a life she could have had. A life of love, a childhood.
"You are safe now Hadleigh." Sesshomaru whispered to her. "This Sesshomaru will protect his pup, and he will give you the life you deserve." He soothed, her shaking form coming to a stop as she took slow breaths in. Hadleigh's head burrowed into her papa's neck, taking in his scent, she nuzzled even more as she begun to calm. Sesshomaru allowed her to do what she wanted, she had been given a terrible life so far, and if doing this helped her calm then so be it. He would not deny his pup the safety she deserved.
Hadleigh stayed in her papa's arms, as he talked with Jaken, the two creating a blood adoption form for Hadleigh, now no one not even her godfather or godmother could take her. She was Sesshomaru's in the Wizarding and Mortal world. He quickly appointed Jaken to be Hadleigh's manager for her bank vaults, the little girl didn't realise that she was potentially the richest witch in the world.
Standing Jaken bowed to the two Yokai's as Sesshomaru walked out of the office, Hadleigh now by his side holding his hand. They walked with their heads held high, faces cold and distant. They were the picture-perfect purebloods. Well in the Yokai world they were no matter if she was a human once before, Hadleigh was now a pure Yokai, she was his heir, she was his pup. And Sesshomaru will never allow anyone to touch his pup.
Hadleigh sighed as they stepped out of Gringotts away from the walls that held them locked in. "What should we do now?" She asked her papa looking up into his gold eyes.
Sesshomaru hummed, "why don't we travel the world, see the cultures that we want. An adventure." He whispered to her.
Hadleigh's eyes glowed in excitement. "Let's do it." She said with a smirk as the two walked through the crowd. Only to return when she turned eleven.
