I was a bit worried when I woke up in the morning. I didn't want Harry losing a friend when he had just transferred to the school. He still hadn't told me why he moved away from Cheshire.
I showered, put on my outfit and went downstairs. I ate breakfast with my family and I think Lottie noticed my change of mood.
"Why the long face Lou? What's wrong? Is it something to do with Harry?" She asked.
"Yes, it's about Harry" I responded.
"Really? What's wrong with him?"
"Honestly, I'm not even sure. All I know is that I don't want him losing a friend"
Lottie stared at me confused but let it go. Knowing her, she hasn't let it go that easily and will probably confront me on it in the car. We continued eating in silence and left the house in the direction of my car. We got inside and before I could even start the car, Lottie confronted me about what I had said earlier.
"Alright Louis, we're alone now. Tell me what's wrong" she commanded.
"Like I said, I don't completely understand the issue"
"Then tell me what you know"
"Why are you so obsessed with knowing what the problem is?" I asked.
"Because I know Harry affects you. Ever since you met him, you've been happier. You've been smiling more and that makes me happy Louis. It makes me happy knowing that there's someone out there who can actually make you happy, alright so please tell me what's wrong" she pleaded.
I was so shocked by her statement. I realised she was right. I had been smiling a lot more.
"Wow, I didn't realise that. But I'm serious Lottie. He didn't fully explain what the problem is. All he said was that he got into an argument with Zayn about his relationship with Liam"
"Harry's with Liam!?"
"No, Zayn is with Liam. Harry got them together"
"Oh. Well can you please get him to explain the issue and try to fix it. Okay Lou?"
"I've already tried giving him advice. I just hope he listened to me"
"Alright. Let's go or we'll be late. I don't want you sad because you didn't see Harry's face"
"Shut up" I shoved her shoulder and started the car. I drove us to school and on the way, Lottie was teasing me about Harry. That had me questioning whether I should tell her about my feelings or not.
We arrived at school and before she could leave, I stopped her. "There's something I need to tell you Lots"
"Alright, what's wrong? You sound very serious"
"Well remember all those times you said I like Harry"
"Yeah?" she looked confused.
"Well um... How can I say this?"
"Just spit it out Louis!"
"I think I have a crush on Harry"
"That's amazing Lou! But we'll talk about this later. Right now you need to go see your man before it's too late"
I chuckled and got out of the car. I walked to my locker and Harry wasn't there. I took out my stuff for English and Harry appeared next to me. We walked together I had to resist the urge to hold his hand while walking.
When we entered the classroom, he sat down next to me instead of Zayn like he usually does. "So I'm guessing you guys haven't worked things out yet?" I asked, but it came out as more of a statement.
