"First bullet! Second! Third! And back!" I said to all of them the next morning.

I heard that the rest came overnight and that Robin Prudence was spared by Princess Eadlyn. Ahren was teaching the rest of them on the history and war of Illéa while I built up some muscles so that they don't seem so puny in front of everybody.

"Larry, be more at ease. This isn't a check up for the eyes." I said to Larry while adjusting his pose.

Today I wore a day dress, a low v-neck with a light violet hue to it that stretches just below the knees with leggings. I never tried wearing high heels before, so I just wore plain combat boots with shorter heels. Although I did find some pretty tall heels that were about 5 inches (12.7cm) in my wardrobes. The dress was to looked more neat to the suitors because they were meeting Eadlyn today. Or should I say Princess Eadlyn. This would've been my first time meeting her too, but she came to me herself yesterday so, yeah.

"Okay! That's enough for this morning!" After I said that, all 35 men gave me a large long groan.

I gave them a smile and said, "I'm sure you're all tired, but just before breakfast, Princess Eadlyn would meet each, and every one of you."

After I said that, one by one they all stood back up, trying to be the most regal, except for one:

Andrew Robinson. He looked focused the whole time. He didn't even complain.

"Okay everybody, try to get cleaned up and meet me in the Ball Room." they started filing out in groups. Chattering and whispering.

When I was at the Ball Room, Princess Eadlyn was also there already and I asked her.

"Eadlyn, I asked you yesterday if you were good with emotions. And you replied only with your brother. So I've been wondering about this event, I'm sure you heard that Robin Prudence challenged me, and after the fight, after I gave him a balm that I have, I saw that Ahren had a mixed expression on his face. It was something like jealousy and anger. Do you know what that means?"

Eadlyn turned a bring shade of red after I told her that, and she replied saying that she didn't know. I was perfectly sure she was lying. I went out after the small talk, and saw Matt, Eric, and John walking together in my direction.

"Please have a seat inside. Princess Eadlyn would ask you one by one some questions, and please. Watch your language and manners." I let them in and soon, most of them were here, and I walked in also.

"If Princess Eadlyn asked you to stay, please do so, and the rest of you, come along. We will be having breakfast."

I led them to the dining hall where Queen America and King Maxon was already in. They weren't eating yet, but they were both looking at several documents. I curtsied, the way Eadlyn showed me last night, and the men followed my example with bows, and they headed in.

Queen America said something about welcoming them, and being comfortable here at the palace. When they started eating, I excused myself and went out to the garden.

I walked as deep as I possibly could, but enough so that the guards could only see my shape if they walk in a particular angle. I then found a bow hanging from a branch, and saw some targets quite far away. I was always curious, so I decided to try the bow out. It was lightweight, very smooth

and as I pulled back, aimed, and shot, the sound of wood breaking was loud and clear. I ran to the target, and found that I had split an old wooden arrow straight through the middle. I then tried climbing up a small tree, but my dress did not help, so I kept on having scratches. Look who has to do a lot of explaining now. When I came back down, I heard a tree branch breaking and saw King Maxon. I did a small curtsy and he said,

"Hi there Alyssa. We were wondering where you went. Oh don't worry, Ahren's teaching them right now. So I've been wondering...Oh you found this! I used to come here all the time for target practice! Let me show you."

He looked so professional when he aimed, but as the arrow sailed the winds, it landed somewhat a little far away from the bull's eye. Even though I have always tried to be polite around the King and Queen, I couldn't help but fake a grimace.

"Ah, maybe I'm out of practice." King Maxon said as he carefully placed the bow on the small table "So tell me Alyssa, I've been wondering, or rather, a lot of people were wondering if you knew Ahren, how do I say this, likes you?"

After he said that, I probably turned a radiant shade of red since I was thinking of running away so that I wouldn't have to deal with all these problems. However, now I don't feel like I should run away any more.

"Okay so, he will be meeting you at 5 later. And I'd better get going. See you later Alyssa!"

That's why he looked jealous and angry! It's because he likes me! Wait, he likes me?
