This is just a rough draft of the timeline for this awards. I expect it to be followed if there's nothing stopping it. Some of my judges were expecting to know the fixed timeline to hand in the result of their judgements.
August 10th
Open for all judges and participants.
October 10th
Closed for participants.
November 7th
Shortlist announced (Top 3 of each genres)
November 15th
Ultimate winners announced.
Basically, as soon as a book genres had a full submissions, all judges in that very genre would be assigned books for them to judge. Writers please follow the judge assigned to read your book as their payment.
This is just a rough draft. It might not follow through with these dates and might need editing in the future but as of now, this is the timeline set for it. We still need judges and books to judge. Please tag whoever it is that you think were interested in joining.
