You wake up, turning off your alarm and falling back asleep, only to be woken up 10 minutes later by a different alarm.
"God," you whisper out, grabbing your phone and turning it off.
You get up walking into your parents room, "dad?"
"Hm?"
"Can I stay home today..?"
"You can't y/n, your mom is just gonna harass you all day."
"Right... okay then nevermind..."
You go back in your room, putting on a green jacket with a black cropped tank top underneath. You put on dark blue, baggy, cargo pants.
You put your black high top Converse and grab your backpack.
"Dad, I'm ready."
"Alright, I'm coming."
You both get in the car and he starts driving you to school.
"Why didn't you want to go today- oh your nose looks a little better."
"Yeah.. I just don't wanna deal with something but I'll be fine I suppose. I'm also just in pain. My ribs are all bruised up."
"You could come to work with me?"
"I'm able to?"
"Probably not but I don't care."
"No dad, I don't want you getting in trouble, I'll be fine..."
"Are you sure? I could take you with me-"
"No dad, I'm fine."
"Okay... well try to have a good day, alright?"
"K.. love you."
"Love you too y/n/n."
You get out of the car and start walking to ms.venables class early so she can't get mad at you.
You are 10 minutes early and you sit next to the door but she opens it and looks down at you.
"Come in, it's cold."
"I'm fine."
"I said come in, so get up and come in."
"Ms.venable I'm fine-"
"Y/n get your ass in here before I make you myself."
"Then make me."
"What-"
You get up, picking up your backpack and walking inside the classroom.
You sit at your desk and look over at ms.venable to see her starring at you.
"Y/n..?"
"Yeah?"
"Your nose.."
"Oh.. uh yeah."
"What happened..?"
"Why does she care?"
"Oh- nothing."
"Tell me."
"It's just this girl- okay these girls."
"Tell me their names."
"Why?"
"So I can get them expelled of course-"
"No, no I don't wanna be the cause of that."
