"Nat, look out!" Natasha ducked as a car went flying over her and continued fighting, pulling out her gun and firing at a Hydra Agent.
"This isn't working, Iron Man!" Spider-Man yelled over the noise and ducked as a bus flew past him.
"Cap!" Nat watched in horror as the bus landed on top of Captain America. "No!"
When the dust finally cleared, the three ran over in hopes of saving him, but they were shocked to see a woman in a red cape holding the bus above her head as she flew into the air and placed it down on the road.
She landed next to where Captain America lay, a little shocked, and held out her hand. Steve took and she pulled him upright with ease, looking around.
"Hi." Spider-Man said eagerly.
"Hi... who are you guys? Where am I...?"
Tony's face suit lifted up and he looked at her with a shocked look. "New York... I'm Iron Man... Tony stark, Playboy, billionaire, philanthropist. You don't know who I am?"
The woman continued to stare at them with a confused look on her face and shook her head.
"No...""Right..." Tony looked around at the others who shrugged. "So, who are you?"
"I'm... Supergirl. Don't you know me?"
Nat shook her head. "Um, no. Should we?"
Supergirl stood there, taking everything in while the other three stared at her.
"This might sound insane, but I think I'm in the wrong universe."

"The multiverse...?" Natasha asked, staring at the computer. "That's, well, insane. Wouldn't we know if there were other Universes?"
"Not necessarily," Tony replied, standing next to Nat to look at the computer as well. "Basically, all these universes-"
"Back up." Steve cut in. "'All these universes'? Exactly how many are there?"
"Millions. As I was saying, all these universes vibrate at different speeds, so we cannot see them. If one were to go fast enough, I believe they would be able to go through the parallel."
"But, how could anyone achieve that level of speed? It's just not humanly possible." Natasha argued.
"I can answer that." Supergirl's voice ran through the room and they spun around to see her leaning against the door frame. "I'm not human."
"Are you a god?!" Peter asked excitedly.
Supergirl laughed and shook her head. "No. I wish. To put it simply, I'm an alien from the planet Krypton. My name is Kara Zor-El."
The three of them gaped at her then Peter walked over to her and held out his hand.
"Peter Parker. Spider-Man."
"Hello, Peter." Supergirl held out her hand and shook Peters and his eyes widened.
"Jeez, you have a strong grip!"
"Crap, sorry. Super strength."
"Cool! What else can you do?"
"Well, I can... you might want to move."
They all backed against the wall and Supergirl pointed at an old wooden chair. "Do you mind if I use that?"
Tony shrugged. "Sure."
Lasers suddenly shot out of her eyes and hit the chair, causing it to erupt in flames. The three Avengers jumped and stared at her. "And... also this."
Supergirl pursed her lips and blew as freezing air put the burning chair out."Okay! That's so cool!" Peter exclaimed, looking over at Tony. "Tell me that was not the coolest thing you've ever seen?!"
Tony walked over to Supergirl and smiled. "Why don't you stay for a while?"
"Stay?"
"Yes. It might take a while to figure out how to get you back, so why don't you fight alongside us... at least until we can figure out how to get you back to your earth?"
Supergirl bit her lip thinking before she slowly nodded. "Alright."
Tony smiled and clapped his hands together. "Excellent! Why don't you come meet everyone else?"
"Everyone else...?"
