So you just posted a new chapter for your story and temporarily turn off all Wattpad notifications. You leave the house for a day absolutely fumming. When you return, you pretty much binge play a bunch of Splatoon 2 while waiting for 3 to come out in a week and return about a day later feeling all refreshed.
You then take a look at your notifications and see others expressing sympathy for you and not mocking you or telling you to get over it. Suddenly, you start to happy cry, play Gacha club for a bit, then post a new chapter feeling better than ever.
