The site it's on is apparently a fake movie site where people can make up their own movie site with voice actors and everything.
They've even got the accurate VA's too!

It hasn't been updated much in a year and I've just recently came to check on it, so it doesn't look like much is being done with it or it was cancelled so don't worry about it everyone:)
