Prologue

The fate of the person is decided when they are born but the fate of the child born in the royal family of Alasgar was deiced when they turned sixteen, and the fate of the prince or princess' be contingent on where they belong in the race of Alpha, Omega and Beta, their merit is at the mercy on the test they have to go through at the age of sixteen, which determine their position in the royal family and the world, Park Jimin, the only child of the king of Alasgar was about to hear his next role in the palace

he was hanging between the fine line of walking to his throne or the aisle, the prejudice of the world was the fear that was killing the prince from inside, spreading in his veins faster than poison, his stomach was knotting and twisting from the nerve-wracking terror as the white-bearded man wearing a pure white gown, with gold embroidery untangled the string of Jimin's fate, Prince Jimin gulped down fingers clenching to the hem of his gown as the old man announced

"The Prince Park Jimin is an Omega!"

the whole hall echoes with cheers and chatter, the higher ranked people mostly Alphas gathered around to hear where the Prince really belong to and their mates were more than glad to have a prince in their clan now, he was one of them now, a body to fulfill his Alpha's needs, the cheers were louder to be heard in miles so the whole kingdom would know

but it went silent to the Prince's ears who was crushed down by the nature and wasn't ready for the misfortune, he knew what price he had to pay after being announced as an Omega Prince he knew the worth of the Omega Prince; nothing- it was his nightmare that he'd been watching since he remembers, Alasgar, the land gifted by the beauty of nature will become nothing but hell to him after the declaration

he'll be seen as nothing but weakness that needed to be protected and his dream of protecting his land will burn to ashes, a grieved tear rolled down from his eye, it was just a drop from the tsunami elevating inside of him crushing against his heart sinking it with sorrow and darkness of agony

a pat on his shoulder interrupted his mourning, he looks beside him at the owner of the hand, his mother smiled cordially as she squeezed his hand showing his son her support through her warm eyes

Jimin nodded his head returning the smile but the tears in his eyes didn't get unnoticed by the Queen, and there was nothing she could do to make them go away, she knew shedding tears is all his son can do now, she then looked up at her husband who was smiling wickedly

it was odd because she has better known her husband who always was disrespected towards Omegas and it was confusing, why he looks so happy like he achieved some trophy, after finding out his only son is an Omega and now he can't take over his throne

she knitted her brows, there must be something burning inside of his devilish brain to make him shine like that, the ceremony soon reached its end and Jimin was eager enough to run to his chamber not sparing any word with his father because he knew talking with his father and hearing how disappointed he is in him will only burn his wounds more so he took his leave because this hall was no longer his place where the only high ranked people can sits

his mother quickly followed him after greeting her king and the counselor people who congratulated the Queen on her son's achievement, there wasn't any trace of disappointment on their faces and she could sense their greeds overflowing from their eyes, especially the King, she wanted to protect her son but the crown on her head was heavier than it looked.
