The things that can't kill you make you stronger, that is what people said in the tales but in reality, the things that can't kill you hallows you from the inside and that's what happened to the Omega Prince who was walking like a dead man in the halls of the Alasgarian Palace taking his way towards his written destiny, with the mold in his heart of vulnerability eating his insides breaking him slowly, the twist of his fate makes him kneel on his knees in front of the wrong and it was his greatest fall which never left his mind since he walked out of the sill of King's chamber

Namjoon uttered walking in the shadow of the Prince who was passing by the armors ghostly, he wasn't pleased by standing in the presence of this many Alphas like he already declared their whole species his nemesis, he hates many things in his life but Alphas are on top of the list with red underlined

Namjoon added, the uninterest of the Prince didn't get go of his sharp eyes he sighed defeatedly when Jimin didn't react to that either if it were little him he would be jumping with excitement, pampering them with so many compliments and questions about the battle, but now he only walked past them with his head hanging low not sparing a glance to any of them, it was like someone puts fever inside of him and he felt nothing but cold since that day

Jimin looked up at him giving a slight glance to the stiffened face of Alpha but the buff chest and proudness on his face makes his skin crawl, he clenched his jaw tightly controlling the feeling of punching that smirk off of his face making it smudged in the mud of the ground, and one by one Namjoon introduced the armors and Jimin didn't find any of them bearable enough to make him his knight

Namjoon put out everything in him introducing the last one of them standing in hope of him getting selected but the despair in his eyes was lingering there like a spirit of dead moving around the graveyard, Jimin scoffed hearing the list of the accomplishment of the so-called Alpha warrior, 'I would've done better if I had the opportunity to' he thought to himself glancing up at the warrior and what he didn't expect was his heart to drop in his stomach making the butterflies flutter around

once again their eyes met like destiny did its thing putting them in front of each other again, a fortunate stroke of serendipity, and the pair dropped into the abyss of pure bliss, nothing was exchanged with their mouths filling the air around them with peaceful silence but there was so much told by the shine their eyes held colliding and reflecting like the stars in the galaxy

ecstasy, that's what Jimin felt when the other smiled brightly at him bowing his head in the honor of the prince, not the kind of smile which made Jimin feel small or less but which made his chest filled with rapture

Jimin returned the smile with the same energy and Namjoon noticed it wasn't the smile he used nowadays like.... like a lighthouse, which is forced to produce light, the prince turned around to Namjoon nodding his head and showed the same lighthouse smile, so it was only for the specific someone, he bowed with a deep sigh relaxing his shoulders after completing the task which seemed to be never-ending

"I Prince of Alasgar take you, Hwang Hyunjin as my knight, let's see how great you are off the field as well"

he turned around to say facing the warrior and the way his name slipped off the tongue of the charming prince makes the heart of the knight knock against his chest echoing in the metal walls of his armor "I won't disappoint you, my prince, I will protect you with all I am" it wasn't just words but an oath to keep forever, a hand on the fire, or crossed over the heart
