Some days later you decided that you will run with Sam. You ran alongside Sam but you didn't really feel like exercising. The serum gave you more capabilities but you didn't want to leave your boyfriend behind.
"Hey sweetie, is something wrong?" He asks while you both dodge a lady walking with a baby stroller.
"Oh it's nothing." You lie.
"Are you sure?"
"uhgg, ok ok. It's just I can run more Sam but I don't want to leave you behind."
He laughs with his dorky smile and says.
"Go ahead if you say you can run more I want to see it."
The minute after he said that you started sprinting. The time it took him to run one side of the park was the time it took you to run it all so it was not a surprise when you picked up with him, he still hadn't done a complete turn.
"Girl, what are you made of?" Sam says laughing.
"I have half a bottle of super soldier's serum." You say with a shrug.
You ran until the male took a complete turn. You came home exhausted. As soon as you enter your house, you went straight to the kitchen. You took a bottle of water out of the refrigerator and a bottle of orange juice. You extended the juice bottle to Sam knowing that he would drink directly from the container. Before any of you can drink, someone knocks on the door. Sam goes to the door to find Steve and Natasha.
"Hey man."
"I'm sorry to be here, but we need a place." Steve says. Both looked tired and dirty, they must have been attacked.
"All those we know want to kill us." The red-haired woman says.
"Not everyone." Sam says, letting them in, and looking around to see if they're not being watched, than he closes the door. When they enter you leave the kitchen looking at them.
"Romanoff, Rogers schön dich zu sehen [Romanoff, Rogers good to see you]" You say in your birth lenguage "Sie können im Badezimmer im Gästezimmer duschen gehen [You can go and take a shower in the bathroom that is in the guestroom]"
"Thank you."
You two look at Steve watching his face contort with confusion, making both of you laugh.
"Come on Cap" Natasha takes him to the guest room. When you come back to the kitchen you start preparing breakfast.
"It smells good," Sam says licking his lips.
"Sam it's just toast, nothing that a ten-year-old can't do" You say "Now go call them, say breakfast is ready"
Sam leaves the kitchen and then comes back with Steve and Natasha, you give them dishes with food and let them explain what happened.
"So the question is, Who in SHIELD would launch a missile against their own country?" The redhead says.
"Pierce" Steve responds quickly.
"Who happens to be sitting on top of the safest building in the world."
"But he is not working alone. Zola's algorithm was on the Lemurian Star." You freeze when that name leaves from the blond's mouth.
"Just like Jasper Sitwell."
"So the real question is: How do the two most wanted in Washington kidnap a SHIELD Officer in broad daylight?"
"The answer is: They can't do it," Sam replies by placing his resume on the table.
"Sam what are you doing" You ask but are ignored by Steve's question.
"What is this?"
"We can call it a curriculum." Your boyfriend says. Natasha gets up with Steve and asks.
"was this in Bakhamala?" The Redhead woman asks after taking a look at the files " Khandil's mission was you. You didn't tell me you belonged to the Air Rescue unit."
Nat gives Steve a picture with two men in it, Sam and Riley.
"Is it Riley?" the blonde asks.
"Yes." Sam replies and you hug his arm.
"I heard that helicopters were not supported because of the RPGs. You used a stealthy parachute."
"No." Sam answers the other woman's question. "This." he says delivering another file.
"I thought you were a pilot."
"I never said what it was."
"I can't ask you to do that, Sam." The blonde continues "You left for a good reason."
"Man, Captain America needs my help."
"Sam, Steve is right. Please don't leave me." You say, holding on tighter, afraid that if you let him go he would disappear.
"There is no better reason to return." He says to Steve and then turns to you "(Y / N), I can't do this without you. I know you don't want to go back, but do it one last time. For me? " You sigh but nod.
"Where can we get a toy like this?"
"The last one is in Fort Meade. Behind 3 protected gates, and a thick steel wall."
Steve and Natasha look at each other in silence. Natasha shrugging her shoulders as if it were not difficult.
"No problem." Steve says dropping the file on the table.
