"That's it ! I can't take it anymore!You are an alcoholic !
Let's Stay away from each other for a 'while' , that will be good for both of us !"
Dr. Bani Sharma's mind rammaged through the different sentences she encountered from her husband yesterday , before taking a flight off India. Bani smiled sadly as she dipped her head into her knees, sitting on the sea shore with an untouched bottle of whiskey beside.
The waves were silent and calm and they did flow to the shore letting it's waves tickle bani's body and withdrew the water pushing forward another wave to the shore, as rythmic as a note of music while The soft wind played with her thick black - brown locks as it brushed past them amidst the eerie silence of the night. The nature went ahead with its usual ways but was it all the same and fine for bani ?
"Is she an alcoholic? No she isn't! She can control herself , right ?" Her inner self screamed as Bani tried assuring herself, tapping her hand on the untouched whiskey bottle that laid near her.
More salt to the wound , his words acted as the double headed sword swayed, aiming right at her heart.
Was he tired of her ? Did he not want her back ? Did the uncontrolled drinking habits of hers cost bani her marital relationship? But how long a human being can tolerate. He had been a shadow to bani ; Too loving and too caring. He loved her a lot and she knew that's the only reason she was still his wife, his love.Thoughts flew freely inside Bani's jumbled brain and she clutched the bottle with the trembling hands of hers. Her forming sweat beads and constant shiverings along with running tears had only one cure right at the moment and that was; gulping Down the bottle.
Bani wanted to prove that she was not addicted to alcohol infront of her husband but her determination went down the drain when the cap flew to the ground and the liquor found its way smoothly down her oesophagus, burning out all the unwanted shiverings ,constant sweatings and all the earthly worries.
She isn not an alcoholic ? Is she ? The question still rang hard as she passed out once again in accordance with the now empty bottle , on the sand of the isolated, serene shore of Everdene ; miles away from her husband .

" Is she not comfortable around you ?
You will need to let go of her Mr. Singhania , atleast for a while !
She need time to find her own defaults !"
Veeranshu Singhania; the highly successful Buisnessman and the multi billionaire , laid on their bed with his clenched heart and a torch in his hand which he blankly played on with, by switching it on and off, seeing how the light of the torch beam illuminated the dark room and the next second how it went back to full blackness when his finger exerted pressure on the power button.
Same was happening with his life too, right ? Whenever he thought his life was now gonna be smooth ; fate always managed to prove him wrong. Was it wrong to fall in love with someone so deeply? no, right ? He isn't wrong but he was totally and madly in love with his wife ; Bani Sharma Singhania and so never he can silently see her destroying herself.
veer sighed and gazed at the blank area beside him , now cold because of not having its owner to warm it up. He had never thought of a day when he will have to sleep here alone in the last 1 year but here he was , lying all alone , terribly missing his wife and worried sick for her well being.
Will she miss him too ?
Will she need him ?
Is she fine ?Veer's heart bet rapidly as he sat back on the bed with uneven breaths. He wondered if his decision to let his wife be alone for a while was correct or not.
Did he make some mistake by taking the advise of the intern doctor who treated bani when she had crash landed against a scooter with her car 2 days before being fully drunk. Fortunately the harm was minor and no one had heavy injuries. But bani had a forehead injury and was blanked out on the spot .
Veer remembered how horribly he was frightened when he was informed that his wife was admitted to a nearby hospital and rushed there. it was the intern doctor who had asked veer to let bani be alone or to admit her in some rehabilitation centre because she seemed too much addicted and the way she drunk herself out , it seemed as if she harboured some secrets. His heart didn't knew a better option and so went ahead with the given advice.
Did he fail to assure his bani that she still feels aelianated with him to share things ? Veer sighed. He knew that it was he who was absolutely in love with the young Dr. Bani Sharma , he had encountered at one point of his life and for her it was only an arranged marriage which she willingly got herself tangled into.
But he felt that bani too loved him or had feelings for him whenever she blushed and smiled by his words and his simple touches, but at the end of the day he was always proved wrong when bani let's herself pass out in the arms of the liquor bottles.
All veer wanted was a happy life with his wife , just like how he dreamed. With the doctor lady of him, without the reign of alcohol in their lives.
Veer wasn't having a slightest pinch of sleep. His thoughts were occupied with Bani and he needed her sound to have a bit of needed sleep. He slowly opened the drawer and took out his phone , clicked on the saved name 'sweetheart ' right at 12:30 am . But...
Will Bani take veer's call ?!
