Chapter Fourteen

POV Harry

Viber.

Because of all the chaos with Louis I completely forgot about Viber and that he was coming back this week.

I look at him and feel my heartbeat go up, but something is different.

I feel my heartbeat fasten, but I realize that I don't start to sweat and tremble or panic. Right now I'm facing Viber, and I don't panic.

I don't panic.

I feel a smile appear on my face. "Hey Viber, welcome back." I say enthusiastic.

But I enjoyed Viber's stunned face even more.

"Uhm hey Harry." Reacted hesitantly he looked with a panic to Louis. "Dr. Tomlinson."

Louis didn't look impressed. "Viber." He said in a way which made my hole body getting goosebumps.

There's an awkward silence until I start talking. "Do you want to have a lunch with us, Louis and I were just on our way to the restaurant."

I thought Viber couldn't look more surprised as what he already did. I also felt Louis blue eyes burning on the side of my face.

"I have a talk with Chief before I start working again tomorrow. We still have some things to discuss." Viber says.

"Good." Louis says in a hateful way as he takes my hand and takes me to the restaurant.

"Hey what are you doing?" I ask Louis as he sits me down and he sits across from me.

Louis looks as me in disbelief. "What am I doing? Harry what where you doing?"

"I asked Viber if he wanted to have lunch with us which according to me is a very normal question." I say irritated.

I noticed Louis was also getting irritated. Great start of our first lunch together I think to myself.

"He hurt you Harry! Don't you get it? He doesn't deserve to even look at you." Louis talks to me like I'm crazy.

"But you do?"  I ask him firmly.

I can see from Louis face that he doesn't understand my question.

"You hurt me too Louis, maybe even more than Viber ever did." I say and feel the tears in the corner of my eyes

Don't cry, don't you fucking cry.

Louis is shocked by my reaction. "Baby." He begins as he puts his hand on my hand. "I know I did hurt you and I'm really sorry, nobody deserved to be treated like that and especially you."

I bite my lip. "You just don't get it Lou." I whisper.

"Then explain it to me, what is going on inside that curly head." He says trying to make me talk as he rub his thumb on my hand.

This man knows how to comfort me I take a deep breath.

"I felt safe because of you." I goes looking everywhere but not in his eyes. "I dared to act normal to Viber because I knew you were standing next to me. And if he had said yes to join us for lunch I would have dared because you are there with me." I confess.

"Love look at me." He demands.

I always get a warm feeling in my stomach as he calls me love, I want to hear it from his mouth every second of the day.

I listen to him and look in his blue eyes. "You have no idea how much this means to me, thank you for trusting me and I promise you to not hurt you ever again and I will always be on you're side." He looks at me with nothing more than love and pride as he kissed the top of my hand.
