POV Harry

5 years later

"Scalpen please." I say smiling.

I still can't belief that Niall and I are officially certified surgeons, it was a hard road with ups and downs. Like Viber who's out of prison, but as far as I know he never comes back to the hospital, he even moved out the country. But in the end it was so worth it. I can save many people's lives.

"Of course, doctor Styles." Louis smiles, as he hand me the blade.

I open the patient carefully and start with the surgery.

"You doing really good." Louis praise me.

"I know. That's what happens when you're trained by one of the best doctors." I smirk.

Louis looks at me. "Hmm one of the best?"

"Excuse me, I meant the best." I correct myself.

"After more than five years, and you guys are still nasty." Niall whines, as he helps me operate.

"Thats called love." Louis and I say at the same time.

Niall rolls his eyes. "I think it's because you guys getting married. It brainwashed you to become a sticky couple.

"Oh please stop it, you wanted me to touch you all the time after we got married." Zayn says, standing up for us.

Louis and I laugh. While Niall looks at Zayn irritated. "Hey! As my husband you should stand up for me, and I didn't want you to touch me just because we got married."

Zayn looks curiously. "You didn't?"

"No, you just got really good hands." Niall smirked at me because of our inside joke.

"I don't want a big wedding, Lou. Just something small and intimate, our friends your parents." I say to Louis, as were eating on our new couch in our new house.

We bought a house last summer, it was our dream house. We lived together in Louis's apartment but after Niall and Zayn got married and moved out, we decided it was a fresh start so we left the apartment.

"Whatever you want love, it's you're big day." Louis says.

"That's not true, it's a big day for both of us." I say, as I kiss him.

He only answers me with a sad smile.

"Hey what's wrong?" I ask.

Louis sighs. "Grandma can't be there. It's just sad, she would have loved it."

Annie died six months ago, she was in no pain and she was not sick. She died peacefully one night in her sleep. We were all sad but we were especially grateful that Annie has been in our lives for such a long time.

I rest my head against his chest and he puts his arm around me. "She definitely would have loved it, but I'm sure she is watching us from above. And I know for sure she would be so proud of you becoming the new chief."

I feel Louis smiling. "I can't belief that i'm becoming the chief of the hospital."

Edgar want to Louis become the next chief because Edgar is retiring. We still have very good contact with him, he really feels like a father to me and he's even going to give me away at the wedding.

"Well I can. You are the best. Do you know a name yet?" I ask.

"Yes I think I do." Louis says mysteriously.

I sit up and look at him. "No way! And you didn't tell me what is it?"

Louis laughs and then turns serious. "Do you know, why chief named it Kemp hospital?"

I think for a second. "Because his second name is Kemp?" I ask unsure.

"It could be, but no. It was also his fathers second name, Chief told me a really long time ago that his father was someone he looked up to. His father saved him in his life." Louis explains.

"Wauw, that's beautiful. But what has it to do with you're idea for the new name of the hospital? I thought you didn't want it to call it Tomlinson Hospital ?" I ask curiously.

Louis smiles. "I still don't, that's why I going to name it The Harry Hospital."

I laugh thinking he is joking, but when he doesn't laugh I realize he is serious.

"Louis, what why?" I ask, still in shock.

Louis looks me in the eyes. "Remember when you thanked me for saving your life, years ago.

I nod, remembering the day my father died. His death felt like a fresh start, like I could carry the world with Louis on my side of course.

Louis gets me out of my thoughts when he starts talking again. "I think you got it wrong to thank me. I should be the one thanking you."

I feel my heart beat faster, after all those years he still know how the get me quit and filled with love.

"Because you are the one all along who saved me." Louis whispers.

"You are my lifesaver Harry."
