Dads

I opened the door and walked inside. Only a few people were up, some in the kitchen making small talk some in the living room.

I started towards the couch and just starred at the TV. I just stood stagnant.

"You good tobes?"

I looked down at Brian.

"I g-guess"

"What's up?"

I moved around and sat down on the couch, my head in my hands.

"Why is e-everything so odd?"

"What do you mean?"

"W-with BEN m-missing, and finding out something about C-cody, and the random p-people appearing, and t-the Zalgo s-shit-"

"Wait what."

"W-what?"

"How do you know about him.. and what do you mean random people?"

"Oh um.."

"Toby. What's been going on?"

"I-I overh-heard Slender talking about something g-going on with Z-zalgo.. and I went for a w-walk with S-seedeater and we ran i-into this lady n-named S-"

"Stripes."

I looked up at Brian.

"Y-yeah, but that wasn't the w-weirdest part.."

"What do you mean?"

"There w-was this g-guy. I've never s-seen him before but h-he seemed like us. He knew s-stuff too."

"What did he look like?"

"G-green jacket, hat, camera like b-bag. And a mask k-kinda like T-tims."

"What."

Brian seemed.. upset? But surprised?

"His name. Did he say his name."

"He said i-into was Skully."

Hoodie stood up.

"Come on, you need to talk to Tim."

"I t-though he w-wouldnt wanna see me right now..? Are y-you sure it's a good i-idea-"

"Yes, Toby, Please?"

I sighed and nodded.

Me and Brian made it up the stairs towards Tim and his shared room. Brian knocked on the door.

"Tim.. Toby needs to talk with you."

The door slowly opened and Tim looked.. like he'd been crying.

"Whats going on?"

I slowly walked into the room and sat down on the bed, Tim did the same.

"Toby, tell him."

Brian stood there arms crossed, looking at me. Tim looked confused.

"W-what part?"

"All of it."

"What's this about..?"

"I overheard S-slender talking about B-BENs disap-pearence.."

"And?"

"H-he was talking about w-war, and Z-zalgo.."

Tim froze up

"And w-when I went out with S-seedeater, S-stripes came u-up to me.. and started t-talking to me.. told me to t-tell Slender th-that his s-suspicions we're c-correct."

"And what else Toby."

"O-oh, I met this guy in the w-woods"

"Tim."

Tim looked at Brian, confused.

"He found him. Toby found Jay."

His eyes widened in surprise, he looked like he was about to cry.

"So I was right?? Our theory was correct-!?"

Brian nodded,

"By the description he gave of the mask, and his clothes, yes. He said he goes by Skully."

"So he's-"

"One of us."

Tim just starred at the floor.

"I'll go get you something."

And with that Brian was out the door. Tim just looked at me.

"Tim I-"

Tim hugged me? It was odd-

"Rogers I'm so sorry.. I didn't mean to yell at you the other day I just-"

"I-its okay-"

"I don't mean for my temper to get the best of me.. I didn't mean to yell or cuss you out kid- I don't want-"

"T-tim-"

"I'm really sorry kid- please don't be upset I didn't mean t-"

"Dad s-stop it's okay!"

Tim let go of me and moved so he was looking at me. My eyes widened in shock as I realized what I had just said.

I had called Tim dad, fuck-

"What did you just call me?"

"I-im sorry Tim-"

"No no, it's okay- I don't care if you call me that Toby it was just.. surprising. I didn't think you thought highly of me-"

"W-what? T-tim I look u-up to you. You're l-like an o-older figure t-to m-me- someone I-I aspire to b-be like."

I just looked at Tim. Yeah, I did aspire to be like him. How could I not? He was the older brother/father figure I never had but always needed. He taught me shit, he treated me kindly (for the most part), he tended to always be there for me.

Him and Brian are the closest things to a loving father that I have. And now, here I am with my new family, I'll take what I can get.

Especially cause they are... Y'know... Killers.

Still better then my bio dad.

Hey guys so- sorry for being gone so long. A lot of personal shit happened plus high school starting and me joining marching band- I haven't had a lot of time nor have I had motivation. Also I kinda put some of my trauma into this story- whoops

BUT- my hiatus is over :] here's two chapters. This one is rather short I do apologize but I have plans ready to go for future chapters.

And guys, there will only be a few chapters left. About 5 or 6 left. I've been working on this book since 2020 so it's about time I end it -^-

But also I'm loosing motivation. I have ideas for other stories, other fandoms, ect. And I'm not gonna be able to focus on 2+ books at once so I'ma finish this book rather quickly.

Hint for the end of this book though, you guys are gonna absolutely hate me ;)
