Killer Arrested!

After seeing her team off, Lucy moves back to her desk, pulling out her phone. Noting the time, Lucy pulls up her message thread with Kate, beginning to type 'Hey, just letting you know that they have a location on Halim, the team have just left to bring him in. Give me a call when you get a chance.' Locking her phone, Lucy begins to work on some paperwork, occasionally looking at her phone waiting for a call from Jane or Kate.

Three hours later, her phone lights up with Jane's number just as Kate walks through the door. 'We got him, Lucy, we're bringing him in now.' Jane's voice sounds through the phone. 'I'll see you when you get here.' Lucy replies, hanging up the phone, reaching for Kate.

'Hey, Pretty Girl.' Lucy says, pulling Kate into a soft kiss. 'Hey there.' Kate replies as they pull apart. 'Did they find him?' Kate asks, leaning against her girlfriend's desk. 'They did, they shouldn't be far off.' Lucy answers, glancing at the door. 'I know we should be leaving, but I wanna wait.' Lucy states, looking up at Kate who nods. 'I know why, you want to see the monster who destroyed the life of that little girl. I do too.' Kate answers, taking Lucy's hand in hers.

The pair sit in silence, looking up as Jane and the others walk in, Halim in tow. Lucy looks the man up and down, before glancing at Jane. 'Simple? Anyone hurt?' Lucy asks, moving to gather her stuff, knowing they needed to leave shortly. 'Easy take down, no one hurt.' Jane answers, watching as Kai leads Halim into an interrogation room. 'You two give Faye my love.' Jane answers, before pulling Lucy aside. 'He was near the school, Farah saw him, she's in the office.' She whispers into Lucy's ear, watching as her young agent turns red. 'I wanna kill him.' Lucy mumbles before pulling away. 'Kai hit him for you.' Jane replies, watching as Lucy beelines for Kate, the pair leaving immediately.

Pulling into the schools parking lot, Kate and Lucy both hop out of the car, heading straight for the office. 'Hi, we're here for Farah Osman?' Kate asks the receptionist, who they know as Ms Halliwell. 'Faye's had a rough day today. She's been in the office since about 11.' Ms Halliwell answers, moving to grab Farah. 'لوسي! كيت!' Farah yells, running into Kate's arms. Kate instantly wraps her arms around the small child, watching as Lucy takes Faye's bag. Kate bends down to Faye's level, 'Hey pretty girl, how about we go home?' Kate asks, watching as Faye moves back into her embrace. Smiling softly, Kate lifts Faye as Lucy thanks Ms. Halliwell for watching over Farah.

Once home, Faye makes her way into her room, changing into a sweater instead of the shirt she wore to school. Walking back into the kitchen, she sits down at the bench, watching as Kate tidies the kitchen up. 'I'm not going to ask you how school was.' Kate states, moving to grab Farah a muffin and a juice. After a little while, the trio finally get started on cleaning up. Faye tidying her room, while Lucy cleans the master bedroom. Hearing the door creak open, Lucy looks up. 'Hey Bug, what's up?' Lucy asks, noting the unsure look on Faye's face. 'Will my uncle take me away from you and Kate?' Farah asks, stepping into the room. Lucy sits down on the bed, holding her hands out for Faye to take. 'Not if Kate and I have anything to do with it. If I'm being honest, you are the best thing that has happened to Kate and I, and we will fight for you.' Lucy replies, smiling as Faye climbs into her lap. 'I really like it here, with you and Kate, you make me feel safe.' Faye answers, kissing Lucy's cheek softly.

That's where Kate finds the pair 10 minutes later. Kate snaps a quick picture of the two before joining the pair on the bed. 'Is this what we are doing instead of cleaning?' She asks, moving to wrap her arms around both Faye and Lucy. 'Faye just had a question, that needed answering and it was a heavy question.' Lucy answers, turning to face Kate, pecking her lips quickly. Faye playfully covers her eyes with a ewwww, causing Kate and Lucy to start a tickle fight with the eight-year-old.

After setting Faye up at the table with her homework, Kate and Lucy finish tidying the house, making sure the house is ready before Kate sits down with Faye, helping her with her homework. Knowing she had like 30 minutes until the social worker arrives, Lucy heads out on the balcony, phone in hand. Pulling up Jane's contact, hitting the call button immediately, knowing she really didn't have long. When Jane picks up, she relays what Farah told them in the kitchen before asking how things are going. After getting an update, Lucy reenters the condo, taking a seat on Faye's other side, smiling over Faye's head towards Kate. Hearing a knock at the door, Lucy stands. Pulling the door open, Lucy smiles, 'Ms Blackwood, nice to see you again.'
