12:49THE GIRLS ALL WALKED OUT OF THE CHURCH WITH EACH OTHER. Aria was holding on to Hanna and Emily's arms in front while Spencer and Beatrice were holding hands behind them.
They were all headed for the 'Apple Rose Grille' - the place where Bea and Spencer had met the morning before. The girls were all travelling quickly, determined to get out of the area so that they wouldn't be reminded of Alison for much longer, which presumably looked incredibly suspicious to the policeman that was calling out their names.
"Emily, Spencer, Aria, Hanna and... Beatrice." He sounded surprised saying the last name.
"Do we know you?" Spencer asked, holding on tighter to Bea's hand.
"I'm Detective Wilden." He announced. He grabbed his card out of his blazer pocket and showed it to all five girls further confirming his job but not why he was talking to the five of them. "I understand you were all good friends with the victim."
"Yeah, we were." Aria confirmed.
"I'm going to need to talk to each one of you."
"We talked to the police when Alison went missing." Spencer reminded him. "Well, Bea didn't but she wasn't even in the country when Alison disappeared."
"And I intend to go over every one of your statements." He turned his gaze towards Bea. "And to get one from you too. This is no longer a missing persons investigation - it's a murder."
"Okay, but Bea wasn't in the country. She was in England, why does she have to give a statement?" Spencer was quick to defend Beatrice, so quick that Bea couldn't think to defend herself before Spencer said something.
"Murders aren't decided upon in a day. Beatrice may say she wasn't there the day it happened, but she was most definitely here that summer." Detective Wilden explained. "Rest assured, I will find out what happened." He finished before, walking away back into the crowd of mourners.
As soon as he was out of eyesight, the girls turned into a small circle to discuss what had happened.
"Do you think he knows about-?" Aria started to say before Hanna cut her off.
"No, how could he?"
What couldn't he know?
Beatrice was on the verge of asking the question when all five of their phones signalled they had a message. They all opened their phone to read the message, provoking an "Oh, my God." from Aria.
"It's from-"
"I got one too."
"I'm still here, Bitches." Spencer read out.
"And I know everything." Bea added.
"A" They all said together.

13:01"WHY WAS JENNA THERE?" ARIA QUESTIONED.
"I guess she's back." Spencer replied, looking down towards the coffee she held in her hands.
Beatrice hadn't had time to be clued in on who Jenna was by Spencer, so she was staring down at her hands under the table. Waiting for a time when she could actually engage in the conversation without getting lost halfway through.
"I don't get it." Emily spoke. "How does 'A' know something that only Ali knew?"
"Ali knew all of our secrets, but..." Aria stated. "we never knew any of hers."
