"Reane! Get out of that moving van! You hear me? It's moving! You will be taken away to somewhere else!"

9 year old Reane ignored their cries. She was so sick of her life at the orphanage. It was not an awful orphanage, but it was just too crowded, and too boisterous...Too many mean kids...Too many oblivious people...Well, yes, it was not awful. It was horrid. But finally, she got her wish. The van moved, but she was not showing a speck of fear. She had that unreadable, blank expression on her face, just like she did every day.

  "Jump, Reane!"

"Jump while you still can!"

"Quick! We cannot afford to lose an orphan..."

Ignoring all of the desperate yelling, Reane lets out a sigh of relief. She observed the interior of the van. It was just like an ice cream van. It is an ice cream van. With whites and grays all over, there was a box of ice creams neatly placed in a corner. Any other kid would indulge themselves in it, but Reane always found that sort of behavior revolting. There was an oval red label on the box, saying "Frosty." "I never knew that snowmen liked ice creams..." She mused, thinking about that song. There was also a cage, with metal bars. Reane froze, in shock. There was an overweight girl with auburn hair locked in it. The girl was frozen by some sort of chemical or something, but she can't figure out. Anyway, she was thankful that it was just a statue...perhaps. The girl was as stiff as a board, yet she looked so realistic. "Is this what will happen if you get overweight?" Reane wondered.

After some time, the back door of the van opened. The figure noticed her, hiding in the corner. He immediately grabbed her by the shoulders, and after a cloud of icy wind, Reane lost her conscious. All she remembered, was the ice cream maker's unique mascot mask...
