After that almost-life-changing incident, Reane was somehow tolerated in the factory, and since then, she learnt a lot. She loved this peaceful building, full of secrets without the need to be discovered, she loved the robots roaming around, but most of all, she admired the ice cream maker himself. But after all, she was a tranquil child who won't reveal every single detail about herself. She knew many things, but she doesn't feel comfortable with sharing it with everyone.
She was grateful for the owner's acceptance of her existence, because she really tried her best to persuade him to allow her to stay. She did not beg for her stay, but she used her silence as a weapon. She never answered any of his questions, and she always knew when to speak and when to not speak.
Oh, and by the way, she knew the owner's name by now. His name is Rod. Rod Sullivan. He never shown his face, always wearing that unique mascot mask that made him look rather iconic. Reane loved his last name, and it reminded her of something she didn't knew. Also, what happened to the girl she met on the way here?
