Rory laughed as she looked at Alex as he was tickling her. "Okay." She says as she stopped laughing. "Alex?"

"Hmm."

"I really do like you and I think that I should have gave you a shot instead of him."

Alex kissed her. "Well, you don't have to worry because I have you finally and I'm not letting you go."

"You like me?"

"From day one. Now, let's get ready for our shift."

Rory smiled as they went to get ready. Alex watched as the blonde go to the bathroom to take her shower as he continued to get ready. He was already in love with Rory, but he has to wait to tell her later till he knows that she feels the same way.

At work, Rory was working when she saw how George was acting. She saw her sister talking to him. She walked away as she grabbed a file for a patient. "Rory, where's Alex or James?"

"Alex is in the locker room and James, I don't know."

George left causing her to go back to work.

Rory was helping Bailey with her surgery. She could tell the chef was off today, but she wasn't going to question it. She had a job and that job is to help do this surgery.

Alex sat down beside Rory as she was eating. "Hungry?"

"Starved." She replies as Alex handed half his sandwhich. "Alex..."

"You're pregnant and craving." He tells her. "Eat."

"So." She says as James and George looked at her. "Are you sure you didn't get it from her?'

"She knows!"

"Word gets around quicker than you can tell." She tells them. "If I was you, I would be getting something done for that."

Alex watched her stand up and walk away. "Wonder what she hides?"

"Rory doesn't have secrets." Izzy says. "Trust me. She knows all."

Everyone was gathered into a room where the news cam out that more people have tested for syphillis. Rory felt arms go around her causing her to look at Alex and smile as they were listening. When Patricia started the sex ed teaching, Rory felt uncomfortable. "Hey, it's okay." He says. "I'm right here."

"Alex, the night we met, did you wear protection?"

That was the moment that he realized that Rory doesn't really know how far along she is, despite having the ultrasound done, the baby could actually be his. "Have you thought of having a..."

"Yes, will you take the test to make sure."

"Sure. Let's go." Alex says. "After this."

Rory was walking by when she saw her sister and saw them eating. "Do I have to ask what you are doing, Izzy."

"Performing an autopsy." She says.

"Leave me out of it." Rory says walking away. "I don't want to know what is going on!"

Izzy and Cristina looked at her as Rory walked away.

Rory was nervous because she didn't know who's baby she was carrying. She saw Bailey and walked over to her. "Dr. Bailey, can you do a paternity test?"

"Why?"

"Because I slept with Alex before Mark raped me."

Bailey nodded as she walked with Rory.

Rory smiled as she found her baby daddy. "Alex, the baby is not his." She tells him.

"It's mine?"

Rory nodded with tears in her eyes causing Alex to pick her up and kiss her. The baby was actually his and that made him very happy. Rory Stevens looked at Alex and smiled. "Let's go home."

"Let's go, baby."
