The next day, Rory was throwing up as Alex held her hair. Meredith saw them and walked to them. "I need to talk to Rory." She tells Alex. "It's something she may help me with."

Alex looked at Rory as she leaned against him. "I don't know about you, but I think I'm going to be lying around..." Alex gave her a look as she laughed. "I won't. This baby won't let me." She kissed him. 'Let's get to work."

"I need to speak to you." Meredith says. "It's something you probably have a good answer on what I should do."

Looking at Alex, he kissed her and then her bump before he left. The blonde looked at her. "What's wrong? Did something happen between you and Derek...."

"He has a wife."

"Whoa." Rory says. "How? I mean...why didn't he tell you about his wife. He has been sleeping with you for a while and yet...." She sighed. "When did you find out?"

"Last night." She tells her. "She showed up and introduced herself as his wife."

"Don't let it bother you. Prove to Derek he screwed up. He should have told you. He should have made sure that you knew everything, but yet, he didn't. He is the slutty doctor as you have no knowledge of his wife. Therefore, you don't need to be looked at dirty."

"Thank you."

Rory nodded as she left the locker room. Meredith sighed as she knew that she will be looked at as the slutty intern not Derek. She walked out ready for her shift as she feels like she would be targeted by Addison.

Alex found his girlfriend talking to some patients as Meredith was called to work with Addison. He smiled as Bailey got beside him. "How's Rory and the baby?"

"Great." He tells her. "Rory moved in with me and I can't wait to meet my baby."

Bailey smiled. "She's still working and not afraid of anyone..."

"Because she's brave."

The blonde looked at her boyfriend and singled him to follow her. Alex walked away from Bailey as he wanted to see what his girlfriend wanted. He followed her till she went into a room which he followed. Once he opened the door, Rory grabbed him and kissed him. Alex held her against the wall as he used his hand to lock the door.

"Baby?" She looked at him as she was unbuttoning his shirt. "Are you sure?"

"You're the only guy who can touch me and I miss feeling you." She tells him. "I have to have you."

Alex took that as a yes as he pulled her scrub pants off. Feeling her hand jacking him, Alex knew this woman was going to tease him a lot. He put his dick at her entrance before entering. She moaned as she couldn't believe the feeling she was getting. Alex kissed her as he held her. "I love you."

Later that day, Alex and Rory sat beside each other fixing files as James and Izzie talk. She heard the flirting from James and shook her head. "What?"

"James is wasting his time on my sister. She wants surgeries and James wants to get in her pants." She tells him.

"Now I see the difference. You're the only girl I want and I finally have her and a child on the way."

Placing her hand on her stomach, she looked at him. "Alex, I'm hungry." She tells him as he smiled. "What? I can't help it."

"I know. How about we go on lunch and ignore the drama?"

"Love it."

She looked at him as they laid the files down and walked away. Rory took Alex's hand in hers as they were ready for the birth of their baby. They couldn't wait, but Alex hopes to marry this woman one day.
