y/n pulls their hair into a bun, tying the hair up above their head. "You have such a pretty (h/c), y/n." Amity walks over and smiles at them, looking at their hair. (h/c: hair color)
y/n blinks and responds, "oh thanks, amity!" They say, swinging a brown bag over their shoulder. "Y/n?" Amity taps their shoulder before they walk away. "Yeah?" Y/n turns around, smiling. "What track are you in?" She asks. "Oh, I'm in a multitrack." y/n says, pulling their sleeve up to reveal they are in abomination track and beast keeping.
"Oh cool! I'm in abomination, obviously." Amity shows her arm, with the purple coloring, her hair and eyes looked beautiful, y/n noticed. "Oh- w-well I should be off to beast keeping now!" y/n darts away, automatically turning red and bolting off to their class. "Oh- okay." Amity stands there, visibly very confused.
y/n twirls a pink pencil around in their right hand, their left hand and elbow leaning on their cheek and desk in beast keeping class. "Ms (L/N)?" Y/n's teacher calls out. (l/n: last name.)
y/n looks up, "yes?" "Are you ready to get your first beast?" He asks, skeptically. "Yes sir!" They say, enthusiastically. "Then you may follow the rest of your class with me, outside." He waves his hand, and everyone in y/n's class stands up and follows him. "Hey Viney!" Y/n waves to her, and walks over. "Are you excited, y/n?" She asks, following the teacher. "Yeah, of course I am!"
The beast keeping class would stand out in the sand field, three appropriately sized boxes in front of them. "You all may step forward, but not all the way, they may bite." Y/n's teacher winked, the class giggled. "You all will choose one box, and one of the beasts will choose you." Their teacher explained. Y/n stepped forward. They picked a red box, the second in the line up of all three.
Two other students came over to that same box, viney, and a kid named elra. Y/n picked it up and set it aside, three beasts lay there. A pigeon griffin hybrid, a tiger with a scorpion tail and eagle wings, and a lioness with fluffy owl wings.
