TATRK: The New Addition

Chapter 1: The Beginning

It was a Friday evening in The Rainbow Kingdom, and True was standing at the door, with the handle of a pink suitcase in her hand, the suitcase sitting on the floor. She was going to the Wishing Tree to spend the night with Zee and his family. Bartleby was also at the door, but he was going to visit another friend who was in town.

"Ok, got everything you need?" asked Faith

"Yep! I sure do!" said True

"Alright then. Zed should be here any minute to pick you up."

"More like any second, given the fact he can TELEPORT!" said Bartleby

At that very second, Zed appeared right behind Bartleby.

"Hello Bartleby." said Zed

"GAAAH! I mean uh, hey Zed what's up?" asked Bartleby

"Hehe, hi Bartleby."

"Wait. I was just talking about you being able to arrive in like a second since you can teleport, and then you just appeared right behind me and said hello. That seems awfully coincidential." said Bartleby

"Well actually, I can hear what's going on at the place I'm teleporting to a few seconds before I arrive. So, I decided to make a little joke." said Zed

"Oh. Haha." Bartleby laughed sarcastically

"Heh, sorry Bartleby. Anyway, ready to go True? Zee's waiting for ya!" said Zed

"Yeah I'm ready. Let's go!"

"Hold on there! Aren't you forgetting something?" asked Faith

"Oh yeah, right. Bye mommy, bye daddy. I love you!" True said hugging them

"We love you too. Remember, use your manners. Say please and thank you."

"I will! Bye" said True. Her and Zed then disappeared

"Well, I better be off too. Can't leave my friend waiting." said Bartleby

"Ok Bee, see ya later." said Faith

"See ya." said Bartleby walking out the door.

After Bartleby closed the door, Courage and Faith stood there and looked at the door with a bit of surprise.

"Honey?" asked Faith

"Yeah?" asked Courage

"How long has it been since we had the house to ourselves?"

"I...don't...know." Courage replied

"What should we do?" asked Faith

"Uuh, wanna watch a movie?" asked Courage

"Sure. I'm fine with that." said Faith

"Alright. I'll pop us some popcorn." said Courage

"And I'll go get the electric blanket from the bedroom." said Faith

And so, Courage and Faith both began preparing. But just as Faith was setting up the blanket, Courage was watching the popcorn, when suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, he spotted the fridge, and got an idea.

"Hey honey?" asked Courage

"Yeah?" Faith called back, walking past.

"You know that Nummie Berry wine we've had for a while?"
