Chapter 2: The Big News!

Courage was standing outside the bathroom door, tapping his foot. Suddenly, Faith came out.

"So?" asked Courage

Faith held up a ziplock bag. Courage took it and read the result.

YES

Courage's eyes grew wide. He picked Faith up and held her straight up in the air.

"YEAH! WOOHOO, ALRIGHT! I'M GONNA BE A DADDY AGAIN!" Courage exclaimed

Courage put Faith down.

"I know! This is so exciting! We've gotta tell True and Bee when they get home." said Faith

"I know!" said Courage

Just then, they heard the door shut.

"Looks like they just arrived. Let's go tell them the news!" said Faith

"Ok then!" said Courage

True and Bartleby were just walking through the living room.

'It sure is nice playing with Zee isn't it Bee?" asked True

"Yeah, his parents are pretty cool." said Bartleby

Courage and Faith walked in.

"Hey baby. How was the play date?" asked Courage

"It was good." said True

"That's good. Well anyway, come have a seat on the couch. We have something to tell you two." said Faith

"Ok. Come on Bee." said True

They both sat down on the couch. Courage and Faith also sat down, facing them.

"So uh, what exactly is it that you have to tell us?" asked Bartleby

"Yeah. What is it mommy?" asked True

"Well, there's gonna be a new member of the family soon." said Faith

"Huh? What do you mean mommy?" asked True

"Well, what mommy means is you're going to be a big sister." said Courage

"I...I am?" asked True

"Yep. Mommy is pregnant!"

*GAAAASP* "REALLY!?" asked True

"Yes really!" said Courage

"Wow! This is amazing! Did you hear that Bee!?" asked True

"You know I did!" Bartleby replied

"Oh my gosh I'm so happy! We've gotta tell everyone RIGHT NOW!" True beamed, SUPER excitedly

"All in good time sweetie." said Courage

"Hehe, sorry. Guess I got a little excited." True said rubbing the back of her head.

"Heh that's ok sweetie. It is very exciting. We'll start by going and telling Zee and his family tomorrow." said Faith

"Oh, ok." said True

The next day, True and her family walked outside and walked down to the road. Then they got in Courage's car and drove as far as they could to the Wishing Tree, having told Zee and his parents of their arrival, and walked the rest of the way. Once they reached the tree, they walked up the steps inside.

Zee and his family were all chilling on the couch. Zee was laying across the couch on his purple tablet watching a show with his ear buds in, while Zed and Zen were sitting next to him, watching TV. Zee was also resting his sock covered feet on Zed's right leg.
