chapter four ♡

It's been a few days now and Lu Yue has been discharged from the hospital. Luo Mei has been pushing Lu Yue away since he's been back, not being with him almost twenty four seven and Lu Yue is hating it.
Everyone's all hanging out downstairs. Luo Mei and Old Cat just got done with playing a game round. Luo Mei gets up and starts to walk to the kitchen to get something to drink but she gets stopped.
Luo Mei- Hey. What are you doing? Let me go.
Old K- Why are you pushing Lu Yue away?
Luo Mei- Let me go.
Old Cat- Luo Mei, you still want Lu Yue, right?
Xiao Pang- YueMei can't be over.
Xiao Rui- Lu Yue?
Luo Mei- Brother Rui?!
   She tries to walk off but they won't let her. Lu Yue comes walking over. He goes to wrap one arm around her legs, the other around her waist, and lifts her up.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue?! Put me down.
Old Cat- Don't let her down. Keep her hostage in your room.
Luo Mei- Mao, don't tell him that?!
   Lu Yue carries her up to his room. He locks the door behind them and goes to pin her down on the bed.
Lu Yue- What is wrong with you?? You were all over me at the hospital, you couldn't keep your hands off me. You even danced for me. Why are you pushing me away? I'm not letting you go. I hate that you're acting this way. It kind of scares me.
She just breaks into tears.
Lu Yue- Baby, I don't want you to cry.
Luo Mei- YueMei isn't over.
Lu Yue- Then... It's my wound that's scaring you? It doesn't even hurt that much and I'll be getting the stitches out soon.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue.
Lu Yue- Baby, there's no need to cry. I'm okay.
Luo Mei- Brother Mao's right...
Lu Yue- Baby, you won't hurt me. You didn't before. In fact, it feels nice with my body pressed up against yours.
Luo Mei- I don't want to scare handsome. I...
Lu Yue- You weren't. It's just what if you pull away too far and I lose you... again.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue.
Lu Yue- You can't pull away now.
Luo Mei- I don't want to.
He frees her right hand and she goes to set it on his cheek.
Luo Mei- I don't want to pull away. I want you always.
Lu Yue- Then as of now you're staying by my side and there's nothing you can say about it.
Luo Mei- You're not mad me?
Lu Yue- Of course not.
Luo Mei- Then strip me and put me in one of your shirts. I want you.
Lu Yue- My princess is back. Bad girl.
   He lets go of her, gets up, and goes to get one of his shirt from his closet. He comes back and she's sitting up on the bed waiting for him.
Luo Mei- Handsome.
   He goes to strip off her clothes and slips her in his shirt. They hold onto each other.
Luo Mei- Handsome. I missed you.
Lu Yue- I missed you more. How dare you do that to me?!
Luo Mei- I want to be in trouble by handsome but...
Lu Yue- Luo Mei, I'm okay. I can give you what you want.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue.
Lu Yue- Luo Mei, you told me what you wanted. I can give it to you.
Luo Mei- You're still hurt. You can't.
Lu Yue- What do you think I'm going to do to you?
Luo Mei- I know what you're thinking. You want to press your lips on every each of my skin.
Lu Yue- I can.
Luo Mei- When your wound becomes a scar.
Lu Yue- Luo Mei.
Luo Mei- I mean it.
Lu Yue- If I don't you may pull away.
Luo Mei- Ughhhh.
She lets go of him and goes to slip out of his shirt.
Luo Mei- Go for it.
Lu Yue- Really? Are you sure?
Luo Mei- I took your shirt off me, didn't I?
   He lets go of her, goes to make the room dark, and then goes back to her.
   A while later Lu Yue turns on the lamp. His body is pressed on hers and she's holding onto him.
Lu Yue- Could you do me again?
Luo Mei- You never get enough, do you?
Lu Yue- You're always making me want more.
Luo Mei- You do the same thing to me.
Lu Yue- Really?
Luo Mei- Yes. I want more now.
He goes to kiss along her face.
Lu Yue- I counted how many times you said my name this time.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue?!
Lu Yue- I know I make you giggle and say my name a lot when I kiss every each of your skin.
Luo Mei- I can't help it.
Lu Yue- It's very adorable.
Luo Mei- I think God Ming is sleeping over at Yang Lian's place.
Lu Yue- Would you want a place of our own?
Luo Mei- What? I...
Lu Yue- I would like to have a place where I can say honey I'm home.
Luo Mei- Me too. But...
Lu Yue- I know. You like living here.
Luo Mei- I do. But my home is you.
Lu Yue- Yes.
Luo Mei- Closer?
Lu Yue- I am close enough. My body is pressed down on you.
Luo Mei- When can we reminisce?
Lu Yue- We can tomorrow, it's getting kind of late.
Luo Mei- Can you do it again? (she tries to pull up the shirt she's wearing)
Lu Yue- I... Really? You want me too?
Luo Mei- Uhhh. I don't know. Who knows how you'll act tomorrow.
Lu Yue- How would that be?
Luo Mei- You really won't be able to keep your hands off me.
Lu Yue- Yeah.
Luo Mei- You're begging me to let you.
Lu Yue- I wouldn't do something you don't like.
Luo Mei- But... you're irresistible. How can I refuse you?
Lu Yue- It's true. I am.
Luo Mei- Yue, just do it. I love anyway you act.
He goes to slip the shirt she's wearing off and then pulls the covers over them.
   In the morning Lu Yue wakes first. He made plans to meet up with Luo Shen.
After he gets ready for the day he leaves a note by Luo Mei's phone, kisses her on the forehead, and walks out. He runs into God Ming about to walk out.
God Ming- Are you going out?
Lu Yue- Yeah. I need to talk to Luo Shen about marrying Luo Mei.
God Ming- That's right. It's almost late April.
Lu Yue- Yeah. If she wakes, tell her I went for the matter I can't tell her about.
God Ming- Okay. Is it okay to tell Luo Mei that you asked Luo Shen for her hand in marriage?
Lu Yue- I don't know. Ughh, forget it. Why don't you just come with.
God Ming- I actually have plans with Yang Lian today.
Lu Yue- Didn't you just sleep over at her place?
God Ming- I did. I didn't bring a change of clothes so I came back here.
Lu Yue- Oh. I can drop you off on my way to meet up with Luo Shen.
God Ming- Okay. Then lets go.
They walk out. Then an hour later, Luo Mei wakes. She goes to hold Lu Yue but she doesn't feel him, she just feels the cat.
Luo Mei- Chocolate Chip, where's your pa?
She goes to get out of bed. She slips into her slippers, carries Chocolate Chip in her arms, her phone in her hand, and walks downstairs.
She doesn't see Lu Yue anywhere downstairs and it kind of scares her.
Luo Mei- Where's Lu Yue!!
Lu SiCheng- Luo Mei, you should go back up and change.
Luo Mei- No! Where's Lu Yue?!
Xiao Rui- If he's not in your room or in his, then we don't know.
Old Cat- If Lu Yue went out, he didn't leave you a note or anything?
Luo Mei- I'll go see.
She walks back upstairs and to Lu Yue's room. She walks in and sees a note by her phone. She picks it up and reads it; "Baby, I didn't want to wake you. I have plans with Shen today, I don't know how long I'll be but I'll be back but I will be. I love you. Your Yue Yue."
She walks back downstairs.
Lu SiCheng- Why didn't you change while you were up there?
Old Cat- Was there a note?
Luo Mei- Yes. I'm going to go text him.
   She goes to sit on the couch and texts Lu Yue: I'm awake and I want you. You better get back here now or you can't press your lips along every each of my skin."
Xiao Pang- What did you text him?
Luo Mei- Just that I'm awake and I want him.
Xiao Pang- Oh. I'm glad you both are okay.
Luo Mei- YueMei can't be over.
She hears something and she goes to walk over there. She sees Lu Yue going up to her.
Luo Mei- You're in trouble.
Lu Yue- Luo Mei?! Why are you out here like that?
Luo Mei- You... I wake up wanting you but you weren't there so I could hold you. Everyone has already seen me in your shirt.
They hear Old Cat and Old K talking about it.
Lu Yue- We did not. That's not why she's wearing my shirt. (he looks at Luo Mei) It was supposed to be for my eyes only. Luo Mei.
Luo Mei- Well, you were gone when I woke.
   She turns around. He goes to wrap his arms around her waist and holds on.
Lu Yue- I don't want you down here wearing my shirt.
Luo Mei- Why?
   He lets go of her and gets a blanket. He comes back to her and wraps it around her waist. Then he goes to lift her up in his arms.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue, what are you doing? Put me down.
Lu Yue- No.
   He just carries her up the stairs and she doesn't say anything more. He brings her to her room and sits her on the bed. He then walks out and closes the door on his way out.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue?!
Lu Yue- You don't come out until you're dressed.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue, get back in here now!
He opens the door and walks in.
Luo Mei- Close the door and stay in here. If I'm supposed to stay by your side then your staying by my side. Come sit and stay.
Lu Yue- Yes, ma'am.
He sits down on the bed. She gets up goes to pick out an outfit and goes into the bathroom. Lu Yue waits for her and soon she comes out.
