The rain was still steady, but not as much as it was a few minutes ago, so it was easier for you both to see and walk.
Not that it mattered anyway, you were already standing outside the door of your house, thanking the nature for not doing for thunder.
Taking a deep breath, you've unlocked the door with the keys and finally entered the building.

Home, sweet home -
Were your first thoughts, after closing the door behind yourself and taking both the jacket and shoes off. Nobody wants to dirty the floors when you've just cleaned the house yesterday.
Ah yes, clean floors, one of the small reasons for you to catch Screech.

Speaking of Screech, now that you've obtained a wild one, it's time for it to get used to you. What would your reaction be if you were adopted without your consent in a matter of seconds and now someone is attempting to speak to you as if you were their child the entire time?
Dang, now I kinda feel bad about it, and I'm not even speaking about the number of bites you're about to get.

But look at it on the other hand - fewer people will suffer because of its presence.

After washing your hands like the polite human you are, 𝙄 𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙚, you've come to the kitchen in order to find something for Screech to go eat the stress.
Do they even drink it? Sadly, there's no guide to keeping entities from Roblox doors, so I guess we'll never know.

Without wasting any more time, now that you've picked some vegetables with meat and placed the almighty jar on the table, with Screech staring intensively at you.
But soon enough, it began to run all around in the jar, like it was having a seizure.

At this point, it's impossible to not drop it by accident.
You don't want to die from Screech in your own house, especially since you have no idea if the respawn system works here.

Experiment #1 - Food

I tried to calm it down with different species of food: vegetables, fruits, berries, meat, flour⁽ʷʰᵃᵗ⁾; but nothing worked. It did look at it for some time, but then continued to have epilepsy.

Experiment #2 - Music

I tried to turn different types of music: countryside, K-pop, electric, 8-bit, jazz etc. Screech's status is the same. Thou, I think it liked Rock a little bit.

Experiment #3 - Hobbies?

I tried to catch Screech's attention with different hobbies things: piano, sculpting, TV. Screech is still the same, but it kept sneaking glances at the pencils with papers.

Alright, now this is getting tiring. Is there any way to stop it?

Tiredly sighing, you've leaned onto the wall, and accidentally turned the lights off by learning on the switch, which gave you some energy from the sudden effect.
You were about to turn them on again, but noticed how quiet Screech was.

Oh ye, what was the reason why Screeches were in dark rooms only?
Ye, light.
One problem: You can't see that good in the dark, so you had to turn on the flashlight on the phone, and began to try all the experiments again.

Experiment #1 - Food

Screech ate literally everything I gave it. Guess they don't have food preferences.
But I'm just happy about the result being positive.

Experiment #2 - Music

Now it did listen to the music, It still seems like to prefer rock more than anything else. Interesting.

Experiment #3 - Hobbies

I've risked with my life letting Screech out of the jar, but instead it rushed to pencils and paper that were laying almost at the end of the table. I guess they really like to draw, huh.

After all, you did manage to some kind of befriend ⁽?⁾ the entity. Well, at least it doesn't try to bite you, but you still get glares from them.

I hope they don't plan on doing tricks.
You've turned the lights off in your bedroom and began to fall asleep, hugging the pillow.

Chuckles
I'm danger.
