True Identity

Chapter 7

Throughout the day my family came in and out, weather it was to get food or to go home and get some stuff and come back. They never left my side, which I was grateful for but yet also kind of annoyed at because at some points I wanted some peace and quiet but for the most part I was happy about them being here. They explained more about what is going to happen and also they talked about my dad, so I could get to know him more.

It is now my second day at the hospital and I am laying here with Vin, Jordana, and my Uncle Cody. My Uncle Caleb was here to but he was outside at the moment talking about what I have to take after I get out of the hospital. From the amount of time that he has been out there I am guessing taking a lot of medications. Once my Uncle Caleb comes back into the room, he talks about everything that I have to take and when I have to take it, and then he goes down to the café to get me some food.

Everyone offered to get me something from out of the hospital but with all the reporters and fans out here it is hard for them to get in and out as it is, so I don't want them to go out unless they really have to. I mean I like hospital food just as much as the next person but I just don't want them to have to go through that every two seconds. Also I don't want them to go out because I will only be here for one more day so it is not that big of a deal to eat hospital food.

Once Uncle Caleb comes back with my food, I start to eat when the doctor comes in to do some checkups. Once the doctors are done with that, they let me go back to eating and talking to my family.

"So how do you feel today?" Jordana asks

"Ok, I am bit sore but doing pretty for the most part."

"So, one thing we all wanted to talk about with you, is what is going to happen tomorrow." Vin says

"It is going to be very to be very different from now on. I know you might not remember that your life was like before but we do, and we know that if you put someone into the fame so quickly that you get too much power, so we are going to try as hard as we can to make your life as normal as possible.

"Another thing we are going to try and protect you from is what people are going to say about you and about the situation. There is going to people, who are going to try and tell that you are using us and your dad for fame and other stuff like that. But we promise that we will be there for you in every step of the way." My Uncle Cody said. Just before I could reply the doctor came in.

"I have good news. Alex, you are able to leave early. We are getting your discharge papers now." Once the doctor walked away everyone started talking about what they are going to do, because they have to get me to the car and home safely.

"I think that we take her out the back if they would let us." Suggested Jordana.

"We could do that but, it would be as bad as going out the front. There are people all round the building." Said Vin

Once I was dressed and ready to go, we started walking out of the room. As I walked out of the room, people started noticing me and started to ask me and everyone questions. If people are starting to ask question while I am only 2 feet away from my room, than I can't imagine what it is going to be like outside.

Once we were at the door, we stopped to get ready to go as quick as we could to the car. Soon we opened the door and I was blinded with bright lights and all I could hear was the sound of many people yelling questions left and right.

Some of the questions were directed toward me, but some were directed toward my family. Many of the questions hurt to hear, the ones like... 'Was your dad a bad dad?', 'Why did he give you up, Alex?', 'Are you just using the Walker's fame?'" All I wanted was to go home and cry. What these people were saying was hurting. I don't care what they say about me but it hurts to hear them talking badly about my father.

Soon enough, we made it to the car, and we speed off to I think my Uncle Caleb's house but then again, all I could hear was the ringing in my ears. Once we are about 5 minutes away from the hospital, My Uncle Cody finally asked me...

"Are you ok, Alex? People are mean but I promise nothing they said was true and that we love you ok?" This sentence mean me feel a little bit better but not fully.

"I am ok, I just have to adjust to my new life. It might take me awhile, just so you know." I said while looking at everyone around me. While looking I could not stop thinking about how much has changed in the past couple of days. I first got into an accident, then I find out that I am not who I thought I was, and then lastly I am moving into this new life.

Soon enough, we pulled up into this beautiful house. When I say beautiful, I mean beautiful. The house has a gate, and I would say at least 5 floors maybe more. I could also see that there was a pool and hot tube and some much more. As we all get out of the car, I can't help but let my mouth hit the floor. This house is amazing. I have never seen a house this good looking

"Ok, so we will get you all set up in your room. Then we will show you around the house. I know it looks big and confusing but once you get used it, It does not seem that big." Said my Uncle Caleb, while picking up my bags.

"Here are you ready to see your room, for the next couple of days?" My Uncle Cody said. All I could do was nod because I am shocked by the size of this house and because I am also still shocked about all the people that were there outside of the hospital.

As we walked into the house, we walked in to the kitchen, what I believe is the kitchen. I mean like why would you have a fridge and a stove if it weren't the kitchen? I have to say that I have only been in one room and only outside, and this place is my dream house. I can only imagine what Vin's and Uncle Cody's house looks like. Soon enough after being in many rooms, we finally make it to a big room, that had a nice big bed, with a bathroom. It was all set up before I got there.

"I had my Wife and Jordana get the room ready and make it look like something you would want to stay in." Uncle Caleb says while walking toward the bed.

"I hope you like it, we are also designing your room at Cody's house too." Jordana says.

"I love it, thank you so much." I said well walking over to hug her and my Uncle Caleb.

"Also, we have come up with an idea for you to live with both Cody and I. Would you be ok if you stay with one of us for a month and then live with the other?"

"I would be ok with that, thank you."

"No problem, we will leave you alone now to set up your room. We are all going to have dinner at 6 which is about 2 hours from now. If you need anything just call." My Uncle Caleb said as he was walking out the door. Soon everyone walked out the door and it was just Jordana and I.

"Hey so how about tomorrow, you and I go shopping to get you some more clothes?"

"Ok that sounds great."

"Ok good, I am going to go downstairs now but if you need help with anything, then please don't hesitate to ask."

"ok, I won't" I said with a little laugh.

Soon enough it was just me and this big room. All I could wonder now is how am I going to design this room, but also how is my life now going to plan out?
