The humvee had stopped working due to out of fuel, forcing the duo to walk on foot.

Luckily they ended up in Ranch...which there were infected there aswell.

Y/n:"let's check the Ranch for anything that help us for the long trip."

Joey:"got it."

They split up while killing most of the infected to search around the ranch for anything the could help them for the long trip to the readers of wattpadia council.

Joey went to check on the stables and barn while y/n went towards the house..

They both find more fortifications items which could be useful..along with ammo aswell.

Y/n managed to find a medkit which he patch up his wounds from the riot infected attack earlier from the district.

Joey found more ammo and body armor which he wore the armor..

There were infected around the ranch which both of the survivors finished searching up the buildings in ranch..they shot every infected that tried to sprint towards them.

It was nighttime, the duo had to stay at the house ranch for the night with some of the entrances barricaded with furniture..

Y/n was writing his logbook while Joey was sketching a makeshift armor from his pocket notebook.

Y/n:"so..Joey, why did you work for Alyth Corporation as a military personnel?"

Joey:"the job said to have a high salary so that's why I took the job.. years of training and then another years of biochemical-related operations..you could say its kinda tiring..compared to your being a huntsmen."

Y/n:"oh...I see, when did you encounter these things for the first time?"

Joey:"at the Amberford Expressway..there was a military checkpoint over there and then people were running from the opposite direction..that's where saw it..the infected, eating a dead soldier..it tried to sprint towards me which I warned it..turns out words are useless to those things so I had to shoot it down."

Y/n:"I see..."

Joey:"what about yours?"

Y/n:"well, I was heading back to the academy only to find the place been attacked and ransacked..there I tried to any survivors of the attack only to find a horde of them running towards me..well I managed to escape fate worse than death."

Joey:"damn.."

Y/n:"well gonna take a rest, you keep an eye around aight?"

Joey:"understood."

Y/n went to sleep as Joey opened a canned food to eat..

There were alot of infected outside the house trying to get inside.

Timeskip to tomorrow, it was early morning as the sun rises, Y/n got up and got his guns and so does Joey.

Joey:"got enough sleep?"

Y/n:"yeah, I got enough sleep."

Y/n:"alright, let's go."

They got outside the house only to see there were many infected around..they started to sprint towards the duo which they got their guns ready to shoot down the infected..

Meanwhile at the Quarantine blockade zone. Dr.Stafford was there observing the view..

He received a call from the founder on his phone which he answered it.

[REDACTED]:"Astana Kingdom will be affected."

Dr.Stafford:"I know...I had to implement protocols from there.. without the royals knowing everything"

[REDACTED]:"are you sure about that?"

Dr.Stafford:"yeah, trust me they will never know.."

[REDACTED]:"I hope you know what you're doing.."

The call ended and he sighed.. as he continued to observe the view where all of the personnels were working on the quarantine blockade zone.

Dr.Stafford:"I hope none of the multiverse powers know about this multiverse-scale incident..."

Meanwhile at the Astana Kingdom, most of the civilians were busy on their daily lives..

The royals were at the royal meeting..but they didn't know about the protocol and the quarantine zone implemented at the kingdom..

Most of the villagers were heading to the quarantine zone to be checked by the Alyth personnel either the hazmat or the scientists.

Astana Civilian#1:"why there are military people and some scientists here?"

Astana Royal Guard:"I have no idea, but their leader said that we need to be checked for any signs of this symptoms.."

Astana Civilian#1:"oh..I see.."

Most of the villagers were falling in line towards the quarantine zone.

It was going well on the Astana until...

Military Personnel#57:"HE'S INFECTED!"

One of them was turned, then snarled and started to attack the personnel

Gunshots,screams,snarls and people panicking were heard at the kingdom which the sirens and alarms go off as the infected attacks everyone else..

Astana was now affected from the infected attack..soon it will alerted every multiverse powers to take action from this incident..
