Those Who Remain - "Multiverse"

Wave 4 - Dumaguete

It was a normal day at Dumaguete,Philippines...people are just minding their own business, royal guards are patrolling around the kingdom overall..the city was busy..

At the Dumaguete Royal Council Palace the Maidens and the higher ranks of Dumaguete were having a daily meeting..

Ushi:"ughhh this is so boring.."

Ib:"it's not boring Ushi.. you'll get used to it don't worry.."

Maiden Pesy:"any suggestions?"

Dumaguete Noble#1:"we must increase our fortifications and defenses."

Maiden Pequezabel:"and why is that?"

Uzur:"our enemies and the Grimm can't even find a way to destroy our defenses..so why should we increase our security?"

Dumaguete Noble#1:"because I've heard of the Union City incident..where the city was attacked by something worse than Grimm and the S-Class monsters combined...the infected."

Garry:"I see but our defenses are already improved..there's not way the Grimm or even these things you call them..the infected can't get past our defenses.."

Meanwhile at the walls of Dumaguete city, the royal guards were seeing something in the distance..

Royal Guard#1:"hey guys, are you seeing this?"

Royal Guard#2:"let me see.."

He used the telescope to see what was happening, only to see what terrifies them the most...a horde of infected approaching towards the city.

One royal guard ran and sound the alarm while the other royal guards got their weapons and started to shoot down the infected.

As the bell rang all of the civilians panicking and running for their lives as the hordes of infected had managed to breach the wall and entered the kingdom..

Royal guards and people of Dumaguete were either killed or got infected by the horde..

Meanwhile at the meeting room they all stood up..then a royal messenger barged in the room while exhausted

Maiden Pequezabel:"what is going on?"

Maiden Psyche:"what brings you here messenger?"

Royal Messenger#1:"*pant*...*pant*...the city...is under attack..by something worse..."

Mary:"what?!"

Dumaguete Noble#1:"the infected..they are here!"

Maiden Pequezabel:"it can't be that bad right?"

Then a military infected had entered inside the palace by jumping through windows, sprinted towards the messenger and then began to maul and bit the messenger..

The Maidens and the higher ranks got their weapons and magic to fight back against the infected..the military infected then turn towards the group and snarled before sprinting towards the Maidens only to be stabbed by Uzur and have its head decapitated by Zack.
