The pain from my headache was making it impossible for me to sleep. When I woke up, Jet was fast asleep next to me, so I tried my best not to wake him up.

Getting off the bed, I started looking around for some painkillers. There weren't any here, so I decided to go and ask Drew.

When I got to Drew's room, I started knocking on his door, hoping that he would be up.

The door swings open shortly after, revealing an annoyed west, who was now glaring at me for disturbing him.

“It's 11 pm now, I hope this is important.” West said.

“Sorry for bothering you, but do you have any painkillers? My head is killing me, and I don't want to wake Jet.” I replied, and West nodded his head.

“Had to get some from doc earlier for Drew, I'll be right back.” Drew needed painkillers. Why?

It didn't take long before west appeared in front of me once more.

“It's ibuprofen, I'm not sure if it will work or not.” He said, and I gladly took them.

When I got back to my room, Jet was sitting on the bed with a frown on his face. The light was on, making it impossible for me to focus.

“Where were you?” He asked as I got back in bed.

“Went to get some painkillers, I have a massive headache right now.” I explained, making him sigh.

“What's causing these headaches?” He asked, and I shrugged my shoulders.

“It started when I was in college, I guess I was stressed out. At one point, it stopped, but lately, I'm getting them a lot.” I wasn't sure what to tell him, so that was the best he'd get.

“It can be migraine or something else.” Jet replied, making me groan. I definitely did not want to talk about this, but seeing how he was concerned, I guess this conversation was going to happen.

“Yeah, I guess so. It gets bad to a point where lights would affect me, and sometimes it's hard for me to breathe. I have to be out in the open to get some fresh air, or I would feel like I'm suffocating.” I said. I grabbed a pillow and placed it over my head, but Jet took it away from me.

“Didn't you just say that you need air?” He asked in an irritating tone.

“I guess I did. I can't go back to sleep with the light on. Can you turn it off for me, please?” Jet got up and did what I asked.

“Remind me to take you to the doctor here, just to get a check-up and make sure you're alright.”  I nodded my head, but not really because I agreed with him. I wasn't going to go there because it was just a waste of time.

Once Jet got back in bed, we cuddled up to each other, and I fell asleep right away.

The next morning, when I woke up, Jet had already left for school. I knew because of the more that he left me, which was unnecessary.

I lazily made my way downstairs, trying to locate the kitchen so that I could get something to eat, when I bumped into Drew.

“How are you feeling now?” I shrugged my shoulders as a reply as I continued my quest to find the kitchen.

“You need coffee.” Drew said, and I nodded my head.

When I finally had my coffee, I was feeling a bit better. Drew and I were now sitting at the dining table while my head was resting on it.

“I had a bad headache last night, I kind of feel a bit hot.” I grumbled out.

“What else?” Drew asked.

“I feel a bit needy, I kinda miss Jet.” Drew laughed at my reply, which wasn't that funny. Yeah, I wasn't making any sense, but that was only to be blamed on the way I felt.

“You're going into heat, I suggest you go back upstairs and wait for Jet to get home.” I'm going into heat? Oh, hell no.

This was something I wasn't looking forward to because I still remembered Jet's promise.

“Yeah, I guess you're right. But I need lots of coffee sent to my room and lots of food if I'm not going to be able to leave. Oh, and please get me some snacks as well with water and juice, I have my laptop, so I can watch something on it if I'd like.” I got up and didn't wait for Drew's reply as I made my way back upstairs with the cup of coffee in my hand.

I was bored.

I tried everything I could think of to have fun, but it wasn't working. Drew hurriedly made his way into my room with everything I requested. He left shortly after, saying that he didn't want me to get touchy with him.

As if.

I decided to sleep since I didn't have anything else to do. I woke up to the sound of the door closing and heavy breathing.

“Aren't you supposed to be in school?” I asked Jet, who was watching me with a hungry look in his eyes.

“Drew told Alpha Rick about your heat, he contacted me, so I decided to skip school so that I could fuck you.” Jet replied, making me glare at him.

“What? Sex is better than school if you ask me, and right now, I'm about to have a lot of it.” It didn't take long for him to lunge at me.

I wasn't complaining, though because this was exactly what I needed. I yearned for his touch so much, that I didn't care what he wanted to do to me.

I can't believe I was acting like this, the heat was just beginning, and it was already making me go crazy.

Jet was already stripping my clothes off as he took my lips in a forceful kiss. He grabbed my neck and pulled my head down so that he could leave a trail of kisses there. I moaned as loudly as I could, not giving a damn if anyone was hearing me right now. For now, I was going to enjoy this as much as I can.
