It has been a couple of weeks after the flood, and everything was going well, well, almost everything. Although properly dried from the flood, the Monastery still has a cold aura of the past incidents. A cold wind swept over the place on a Monday morning. The sky is still dark, patched with gray clouds. The woods of the monastery door are still weak from the flood. A large vase stood before the entrance, bringing back dark memories from the incident. Although the doors were tightly shut, Jay Walker shivered as he pulled his blankets up to his neck.

Jay Walker is a young man of 22 with curly auburn hair and light freckles. He wears a white t-shirt and blue pants. Like all the ninjas, he also felt a sharp blow, probably the hardest after the flood. Why so? Because ever since the flood, a considerable gap was formed in her absence. A dark void. A dark void no one nor nothing can fill.

Jay felt a sharp jolt around his body as he jolted awake to a clap of thunder. He brushed his hair aside and wiped away his sweats. he looked up and found Cole was still fast asleep despite the lightning dancing in the sky. Knowing he won't fall asleep soon, Jay grabbed his jacket, opened the door, and went outside. He passed through the hallways swiftly and silently, ignoring the pictures he'd taken with Nya a few years ago and the room she used to sleep in.

As he opened the front door, the porcelain vase awaited his presence. A flood of memories rushed over him as he fought back the tears and moved on despite the cold rain and the clap of thunders above. The door opened with a slight creak, and he was gone.

The streets of Ninjago city never seemed so depressing. Soggy streets and peeling wallpaper are all you could find. Jay swiftly passed through the following places: the arcade, Mega Monster Amusement Park, a dance school, and he stopped. 'this building...' he muttered as he looked up. 'that's where...that's where she....' his voice trailed off as a river of tears stained his face. Swallowing hard, he walked again at a faster pace this time.

Finally, after an hour of walking, he stopped. The seawater splashed on the pier, raised the boats, and drowned little sandcastles built on the seashore's edge. Jay walked swiftly to the dock as boats bobbed on both his sides. He looked deep into the horizon just as the sun was rising. Jay sighed and dug into his pockets and pulled out an ornament, a medallion, to be exact. His yin/yang promise to Nya. He wept as he pressed the medallion deep into his heart, missing Nya more than ever.

"I miss you...." he sobbed. Looking down at the deep sea below, disturbed by the falling rain, he muttered, "Even if I have to ask Nadakhan to bring you back, I will. I will do anything to have you back...."
