Love in A Warzone

1: Just the start

"You know I'm going to kill you!" Flippy yells, running after Flipqy, who's chasing him through the forest.
"Yeah, I bet you will," Flipqy says as he throws a knife at Flippy, who dodges it. The two continue chasing each other through the forest, and they run into a mysterious girl.
"Oof-" Flippy falls on top of her, causing them both to fall onto the ground. She groans and opens her eyes. She looks up into his beautiful chartreuse eyes that shine like the sun, and she blushes. Flippy jumps off of her and stands up.
"I'm sorry for falling on you," he apologizes while offering a hand to help her stand up, and once she got back on her feet, she grabbed his hand.
"It's okay." She answers shyly. Her face starts turning redder than her fur, and Flippy thinks it's really cute. Flippy turns back towards Flipqy and sees that he's looking at him with a look that says "Who is this little twerp?" He ignores his ego and lays eyes on the girl 
"I don't think we've been formally introduced yet." Flippy is holding out his paw to shake hers. She hesitantly takes it and shakes it.
"Y/N," she replies. Flippy gives a small smile before releasing his hold on her hand.
"I'm Flippy," he introduces himself. Y/N nods her head slightly.
"Nice to meet you, Flippy! What are you doing alone in the woods?" She asked curiously 
"I was running! What about you?"
Flippy retorted in a defensive tone. Y/n just shrugs her shoulders and then sighs.
"It's kind of hard to explain..." She trailed off awkwardly. Flippy raised his eyebrows and waited for her to continue. "I just wanted to explore the forest, but I got lost," she finishes. "I can help you get out of the forest. I know a path to the town; it's 3 miles around the corner," Flippy offered. Y/n paused for a moment before nodding her head yes. Flippy turned towards Flipqy, gave him a pointed glare, and said something to him.
