31: Beating butt

Splendid growled before using his laser eyes to try to kill Flippy with his glare, but easily dodged it.
"I guess you want the real me? So be it."  Flippy challenged with a devilish smirk plastered across his face while holding out his blade towards Splendid threateningly. Y/n noticed his pupils dilate at the sight of the deadly weapon and she immediately knew what was coming next. Without saying anything, Flippy rushed towards Splendid and slashed his blade downwards toward his chest with enough force to cut open half of his body, guts and organs spilling out onto the grassy ground below. "Permission to Stand Ground..." He said in his monotone voice before stepping forward and pushing the knife deeper into Splendid's chest while his other hand pulled the knife away and tossed it aside. Flipqy suddenly lay eyes on Y/n with a serious expression etched across his face as he slowly approached her with a dangerous glint in his chartreuse eyes. "You need to learn self defense..." His harsh voice echoed in the air.
"I'm working on it." She managed to say confidently, giving him a confident grin which seemed to make Flipqy relax slightly, but he was still visibly angry. Y/n's smile faded as soon as she noticed the change in expression on Flipqy's face.  "I'm sorry for getting you involved in this. It wasn't supposed to go down like this...." She apologized weakly.  The man just looked at her emotionless before letting out another annoyed sigh. "I told you about apologizing and sounding defenseless"  he snapped bitterly.
