"Detective Gordinski, CPB."
"You think an FBI agent, a BAU profiler committed a homicide?" Hotch ask still holding on to Nora arm.
"Actually, three homicides at least, over 15 years." Gordinski says confident.
"You- you think he's a serial killer?" JJ asks.
"This is ridiculous." Spencer says.
"He's a racist so of course he's gonna blame my brother. It's cause he's black isn't it." Nora says getting angry.
"Has he been charged with anything?" Hotch says stopping them from speaking.
"I got 72 hours for that." Gordinski says.
"I'd like to see him." Hotch says. "Be my guest." Gordinski says. "This way." Dennison brings him to the room.
Gordinski turns to Gideon. "Agent Gideon, right?" "Yes." Gideon answers.
Gordinski points at Gideon. "I owe you a big thank you. I had no suspects at all until you looked over my case for me and sent me this profile. Everything in it points to that son of a bitch, Derek Morgan."
"I don't he didn't." Nora whispers. "One don't ever call my brother out his name again. Two obviously someone is framing him. I was with Derek the day he left 4 years ago so he couldn't have killed the John Doe. And I was with Derek when we got back so prove to me how my brother killed those kids."

"It's all right there." Gordinski says.
"Detective, a profile's just a guide." Spencer tries to explain.
"Yea this one guided me to him." Gordinski says not backing down.
"They're really more useful in the elimination of suspects rather than the inclusion." Emily says.
