Hello everyone and welcome to the 13th Episode of Ask or Dare: Cartoon & Anime All-Stars Friend Logs! Today's episode is all about the Phantom Thief Kunoichi, Kunimitsu!
Origins
Kunimitsu is a newcomer who made her debut in Tekken 7's DLC on November 10, 2020. She hails from Japan and fights with Manji Ninja Arts. She's voiced by the legendary Saori Hayami.
General Background
As mentioned in the Crossover, the Kunimitsu we know is the daughter and successor of the original Kunimitsu who appeared in the 1st 2 games, gave birth to our Kunimitsu when she married a Shinobi ninja, and is possibly blind.
Personality
Kunimitsu II is very loyal and loving to her family lineage, as she dedicated herself to training under the shinobi and soon taking up the Manji Ninja Arts her mother once used, eventually surpassing her and becoming worthy of her name. Soon she started pilfering high-class items for clients to give her family funds for a comfortable life, making her a true Phantom Thief. No, she's not related to the Phantom Theives from Persona 5. In spite of being a thief, Kunimitsu is surprisingly loyal to us, and doesn't mind helping us out.
Story in Tekken 7
One day, Kunimitsu received a mission from a high-profile client to investigate the Mishima Zaibatsu by going uncover as a student of the Mishima Polytechnical School, the same school Xiaoyu went to. Yet in spite of that, Xiao told me she never saw Kunimitsu during her time there. This is because they believed the school had relations to the Tekken Force, the army that serves the Mishima Zaibatsu. And so she accepts the request, but backs out once she was told that her mother's illness has gotten worse. Upon returning home, she learned about the one treasure her mother was unable to steal. That being a sword her grandfather desired, and so, Kunimitsu goes to steal it in hopes of cheering up her mother.
Contributions to the Series
The cast 1st met Kunimitsu when they arrived at Violet Systems HQ and met her when she returned from a scouting mission as Yggdrasil's spy. She then came over to Authoria and helped us with our Mami situation.

Lars Alexandersson: Kunimitsu's employer.
