Sora woke up in a panic, feeling in his gut that he was going to be alone again--only to find Roxas sleeping soundly not two feet away from him. Still feeling uneasy and struggling just to keep his eyes open, Sora settles on his right side and watches him. The brunette can't believe that the golden blond is still here, after all that stupid stuff Sora had said last night. He just simply felt disgusting. Roxas should be repulsed to even be near him. Sora had really lost himself out here as if liking Roxas is okay. What happens if he finds his dad and has to go back to being around other people? Sora couldn't just run around getting crushes on boys. This is all such a mess. Sora wishes none of it had happened in the first place.
In his sleep, Roxas turns, making a low, guttural sound that startles Sora. His eyes blink open, and the brunette is just a few seconds too late to pretend that he was still sleeping too. So Sora simply had awkwardly avoided Roxas for as long as he could. Sora doesn't want Roxas to bring last night up. Honestly, The brunette would be fine pretending that it never even happened. But that won't work, will it? Sora will need to know where they both stand, and the brunette needs to be the one to get the ball rolling. Just for the sake of his pride. Or something. Maybe if Sora could just play it cool, Then he could pull this off. So all Sora had to do was take a deep breath, and--
Roxas was the first to speak, beating Sora in seconds.
🍦We should get moving,🍦 he says quietly. 🍦C'mon, Sora.🍦 Oh, Heck No!; The brunette pouts, and mustering all of his courage, Sora looks at the golden blond and asserts himself.
