☁️Roxas!☁️ Sora shouted out, kneeling down next to him and shaking him lightly, enough to hopefully rouse but not hurt him. ☁️Are you all right?☁️ Luckily he's not unconscious. His eyes are open a sliver, his breathing is a little quicker than usual, and he does seem to be somewhat in control of his body.
Slowly, he begins to push himself up. He shakes and sweats and it's just awful... it looks like it's taking all of his efforts just to get off the ground. Well, guess he just answered his question, then. ☁️Don't,☁️Sora pleads, reaching out to support him but stopping, leaving his hands awkwardly hovering above him. ☁️Just lay down for a while.☁️ Even in this state he finds the strength to shoot Sora a dirty look, but he ignores it. He can be mad at me after we figure out what's wrong. ☁️Maybe we shouldn't travel today.☁️ His response is about what Sora would expect it to be at this point: a slow shake of his head and another attempt to get to his feet, which instead ends in him moving away from Sora like the stubborn weirdo he is. The brunette moves toward him slowly, like Sora is approaching a caged animal, but he holds out his hand, signaling me to stop. ☁️Roxas?☁️
That's when the coughing starts, and it's painful to hear--dry and deep and hacking. It's followed by an even worse, completely unmistakable sound... He just threw up.
