Caroline was just going away for a bit with friends. She hoped to have fun at the beach. She just wanted to have a great time before school started again. It was the boyfriend of one of her friends, uncles beach house.

Caroline helped Zak with groceries. She wanted to be kind, and helpful since she and the others were unwanted guests. So, she tried to make it a little better. "You can go inside if you want. You don't have to help me." He told her with a smile.
She shook her head. "No. I should help. I mean, it's the least I can do, I mean we aren't really wanted here." She said shrugging as she took some bags. "It isn't that you are not wanted, I just wished that I had notice and was asked first." He explained.
Caroline nodded at his words in understanding. "I get that. I'm sorry he didn't. All of us thought this was allowed. I wouldn't have come if I had known. I hate that we are causing you trouble." She told him, as her big eyes looked at him.
Zak put a hand on her shoulder. "Thank you for that. I'm actually happy you're here. I might have a better summer." He told her. Not knowing the meaning behind his innocent sounding words, Caroline gave him a sweet smile, and headed inside with the things in her hands.
She saw Laura and Link in the kitchen.
"Hey guys. Can you come help us. We have a lot of things." She asked them. They agreed to help and followed her outside. Once everything was inside, they helped Zak put things away. "So, Caroline?" Zak called, making her look at him with a small smile.
"When is your partner coming?" He asked her. "Oh... I don't have one." She told him, as she looked away to put something away. Missing him perking up a bit hearing that she was single.

They all decided to go swim in the lake. So, everyone went to go get changed into their swimsuits. Caroline was forced to pack a bikini. Now it wasn't as revealing as most bikinis, but she was still uncomfortable in it.
She wasn't someone who revealed a lot of her body. But she was trying to get out of her shell more, so she put the ivory-colored bikini on. She walked out onto the back porch to go down the stairs to get to the lake.
But she stood there seeing everyone there chatting.

She jumped when the door opened again beside her. She turned to look as Zak walked out of his house. She blushed and looked away after checking out his bare muscular chest. He stopped to look at her.
"Oh, hello Sweet." He greeted. "Are you going to the lake with them?" He asked her. She shyly nodded. "Yeah... Just working up the courage. I don't really wear bikinis. Tankinis yes, but not bikinis." She told him.
His blue eyes looked her over. "Well. I think you look beautiful in this. But if you'd like, I can get you one of my shirts to wear over this." He offered her kindly. Not understanding the possessive undertone of his words, and the possessive look he was giving her.
Caroline shook her head no. "No... I'm really trying to break out of my shell, and this will be part of it." She explained to him. He nodded. "Well. Want me to wait for you? Walk you over?" He asked her.
She gave him a sweet smile. "Thank you. I think that might help." She mumbled shyly. Zak nodded with a smile, as he waited for Caroline to be ready. "You have nothing to be shy about. You are a beautiful girl, and if they judge you for that, then they aren't your friends." He told her, trying to make her feel more confident in herself.
She took a deep breathe, and then started walking down to headed to the beach where everyone was. Zak with her, to the others were.

Sitting in the sand, Caroline was laying out with the other girls to try and tan.
"Hey girls? Are you getting hungry?" Matt asked as he walked over from the water. "I'm getting there. What are we having?" Arianna asked, sitting up to look at her boyfriend. "We are going to be doing a fire pit with hot dogs, sausages, and then smores." He told her.
"That sounds nice, and the sun is coming down, so it will be the best time to do it." Caroline said, making Laura nod. "I'm heading up to go get everything, can I get a hand carrying things back?" Zak asked, coming up to the group.
The water was coming down his muscular chest. He was an extremely attractive man. No one could honestly deny that at all. All the girls took noticed. And were noticing it now.
He looked over and smiled at Caroline. "Caroline? Could you help?" He asked. She nodded. "Sure. I can help." She got up and wrapped her towel around her, before following Zak back to the house.

Music blared as everyone was eating and enjoying the night air. Smores and alcohol were partaken. Hell, even weed was passed. But when it got to Caroline, she was conflicted. "Ever done this before?" Zak asked as he took it from Jared and sat down beside her.
Caroline nodded.
"I don't really party like others do." She told him. "That's cute. But here. I would rather you try it with someone trusting who will make sure you are safe while trying things. Do you trust me?" He asked her as he looked her in the eye.
She blushed when they had eye contact.
She nodded. Not knowing that she signed her fate with the nod. "Good girl." He told her with a grin.

Caroline giggled as she leaned against Zak. Laura giggled at her as she and Link were behind them. "Ok. You smoked to much Caroline." Laura told her friend. "Noooo I didn't." Caroline said trying to sound sober but failing. She yawned a loud but adorable yawn.
Link and Laura went to their room while Zak helped Caroline into her room.
Once in the bedroom she was sleeping in, he helped her into the bed. She sat up and then flopped on herself. Zak couldn't help but grin at how adorable she was.
"Ok. I'm going to get you some water. I need you to be a good girl and drink it all ok?" He asked her. She looked at him by turning her head. "I don't want water." She mumbled. He shook his head and crossed his arms.
"You will drink it. It will help you in the morning." He left the room and to the kitchen, when he got her water, he went back to her room, and saw she actually got changed. Which made him pout. He wanted to do it. But he knew he couldn't either way.
He went over to the adorably sleepy high girl. He held the water out to her. "Drink. Or I will make you." He told her. She gave him an adorable pout. "You keep pouting and I will give you something to pout about beautiful." He warned her.
She looked at the water as if it was fascinating before she took it and started drinking it. He pushed a finger against the bottom to make sure that she drank it all. When it was all gone, he took it.
"Good girl. Get some rest." He told her then tucked her in. His possessive side enjoying this immensely. She yawned again and was soon fast to sleep.
Zak went and got her another glass of water for when she wakes up, and then sat it on the side table with a cup holder under it. He then sat on the bed and looked at her. He reached out, and touched her sweet face.
Leaning in and gently kissed her.
He never believed in love at first sight. But then this girl walked into his life, and made it true. He could see she found him attractive. He could work with that. He planned on making her his girl by the end of this vacation.
