Chapter 4

Matt sat on a rocker outside as he smoked. He watched the girls as they tanned. But his blue eyes went to someone who wasn't gossiping. Caroline, had her nose in a book. He blew the smoke through his nose as he watched.

She was different from the others. His girlfriend begged that Caroline came along, and he agreed even though he didn't want the girl to go with. 

He shook his head. 

It was such a shame. She was a stunning girl. But she was just so weird. He would've talked his girlfriend into having her join them having 'fun' if she wasn't so weird and touch shy.

Matt's blue eyes looked over as his uncle came into view. If only his uncle wasn't here. Uncle Zak had bought this place years ago after collage. He allowed Matt to bring friends over in the summer. 

Even when Zak got married to his ex-wife, Matt could come over, until his then aunt demanded that he stopped. Saying that this was their summer home and should only be for them. But in reality, she was using it to cheat on Zak. 

Matt never found out why she was cheating. Zak was a very wealthy man, something she didn't know how he became so wealthy, he had a good soul, and other things he's heard from girls who have seen him.

When he heard that Zak wasn't going to be at the summer house for the next few weeks, Matt put the plan together to bring everyone over. He wanted to show off, and make a good impression on his girlfriend, Arianna, and his friends.

But Zak just HAD to show up. It was like he knew that Matt made these plans but didn't know how he would've known if he did. Or if it was just a coincidence. If Matt's folks found out that he came here with others behind Zak's back, then he was looking at a huge punishment, one he didn't know if he wanted to know what they would've done to him.

Zak walked over and sat with his nephew. "How did you meet Caroline? She doesn't seem like the type you would be friends with." Zak asked watching the girls as well. Matt looked at his uncle for a moment, before looking at the girls. 

"She is friends with Melanie and my girlfriend. They wanted her to come, and so I said sure. She's kind of a loner. She likes to read mostly." He said with a shrug as he grabbed his drink. "It's a shame that she is just weird, I would've had some fun with her." Matt said. 

Zak gave his nephew a look. He knew what he meant by fun. But he kept quiet. 

"Is that why she doesn't have a partner?" He asked. "I would assume so. She is just awkward. She doesn't like being touched that much, and she would prefer to sit at home and read then go out and about. She does go to the movie theater a lot. She will talk your ear off about movies and actors she likes." Matt said.

He remembered when he got left alone with Caroline one night. They went out for dinner as a group, and the others went to either use the bathroom or were doing something else.

He tried to be nice and asked her about any good movies she's seen recently since she liked them. She had gotten so excited, and wouldn't shut up about the horror movie she saw last. She had thing about horror movies. 

He became disgusted about the details and had to excuse himself for a moment.

"She's just really weird. Arianna said it's cause she's autistic whatever that means. I think Arianna felt bad about not inviting her earlier cause she happened to hear about the trip cause she was our waitress when we went to the diner she worked at talking about coming over." Matt explained.

"You mean when you talked about breaking in?" Zak grinned. Matt huffed and drank his drink.

Zak's blue eyes looked over and locked onto Caroline's figure. A soft smile coming to his features as she smiled and laughed at something that Laura told her. 

He liked her smile. He liked her.

His ex-wife was a fucking bitch.

They only had sex a few times. And they only got married cause she said she was pregnant. They were married and she happened to 'lose' the baby. He soon found her sleeping around with other guys here at the beach house. 

She had told him, that she didn't like how he had sex with her. He was to rough on her. That he was into to much kinky shit. She was tired of his breeding kink, so she faked the pregnancy to get ahold of his money, give her body a break, and knew that she had to think of a way to say that she wasn't pregnant. So, she told him she lost the baby. 

One of the men she had been sleeping with was a doctor and got him to help her with the test results that said she had a miscarriage. 

Zak sued and won. The bastard lost his job.

Maybe it was time that he moved on and found another girl to care for. He wanted kids. He wanted a lot of them. He needed a good girl who would bare them. Maybe he can use this time to make her fall for him.

Just needed to bring out all his charm to do so.
