Prompt : Write a fic where a character has a pain flare up in their legs
Chronology : Vaguely during season 1
Headcanons : Moxxie has chronic pain, FTM!Moxxie, Autistic!Moxxie

Millie saw Moxxie's subtle shifting around in his chair at his desk, which she'd picked up over the years was his way of subtly trying to distract himself from physical discomforts. She was a little bit confused since he wasn't on his monthly cycle, he hadn't mentioned his usual pain issues acting at all, which he usually whined about quite a bit, and they hadn't had sex the previous night.

So, not wanting to draw attention to him that she knew may be unwanted, she shot him a text.

beautymarkbabe666 : Are ya okay, Moxx?

simply_moxxie : .....Why

beautymarkbabe666 : You've been shiftin' in discomfort the way ya do for 'bout half an hour now

Moxxie looked up from his phone in surprise, seemingly not even having realized he was doing that. It was then that he realized that he couldn't brush off his discomfort- Millie already knew something was wrong, so it wouldn't really spare her any worry by ignoring it.

He gestured for her to come to his desk so they could talk in person, which she happily did.

"I'm having leg pain" he muttered quietly, not wanting Loona to hear. He knew Loona probably wouldn't be a dick about it, as that was one of those things she usually didn't poke fun at, but he didn't want her to hear anyways. He didn't trust her enough.

Millie frowned sympathetically at him. "How bad is it?" she asked. "Scale of one to ten"

"Like a seven or-" he trailed off in a groan as a particular stab of burning ripped through his left calf. "Eight! It's an eight"

"Oh, Moxx" Millie gave him a kiss on the forehead. "D'you wanna head home?" she asked him. "I could shoot Blitzø a text. Tell him we'll finish our work back home"

"Could you?" Moxxie asked, a hopeful look in his eyes that made Millie chuckle lightly.

"Of course"

"Satan, I love you"

"I love ya too, sweetie"
