Adoption (One Direction Fanfic)

Chapter 1; Part 2

I walk into her office and I couldn't believe my eyes. Her face was red and all over her walls said in black all capital letters LILY WAS HERE!!!!

I fell to the ground crying I never did that and she said to me last time I got in trouble that if I ever did that again she would punish me till the end of my days.

She took a wooden paddle and I got a feeling that the end of my days would be today.

But then suddenly the door flung open, it was Kate. "KATE I TOLD YOU TO CLEAN THE BATHROOMS!!!" Yelled Ms. Leaf.

"I was going to the supply closet and the front door flung open they said they wanted to adopt a little girl 5-12" Kate whispered.

"Ok... Now you go get the rest of the girls" she pointed to me.

I ran upstairs and yelled "GIRLS 5-12 GO DOWN STAIRS WE HAVE SOME PEOPLE WHO WANT TO ADOPT!" Hey don't judge me I'm not a loud person but i had to scream the girls were loud. Okay I lied I am very loud!

We all went down stairs and one girl yelled "Hey it's one direction!" They all ran over there. But me, I just sat here with Kara. Kara was shaking hard. Kate stood in the door way just incase I got picked and broke down.

Then Niall walked over to us and bent down to Kara's level. He saw me smiled then looked back at Kara. He asked her a few questions then walked away smiling. He got up to his friends and pointed at Kara, yep they were adopting her and didn't ask me any questions not like I would go with them.

They all walked over to us and Liam I think said "guess what we're adopting you!" I looked down and smiled at her she smiled back and said "guess what Lily they are adopting us!"

I looked at the boys they had a confused look on their faces, I turned to Kara and said "Kara remember when that guy came and adopted me and I left with him for a while. Well he took me home with him like these boys are doing they are going to be your new daddies, they are going to take you home with them and love you so much!"

"If that guy that adopted you took you home why did he bring you back?"

I looked down at my palms and noticed my sleeve got pulled up and the boys were looking at my bruises. I quickly pulled my sleeve down and said "he didn't love me. But I know for a fact that these boys will." A tear fell out of my eye when I kissed her on the head.

I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked over to see Kate. I saw the boys with shocked looks on their faces.

I looked at Kara and said "I will be right back" I ran upstairs and packed everything she needed. I ran back down and saw they were walking out to the car I screamed wait, they stopped and I gave them the bags and a tear slid down my face. I would never see Kara again. And if I went inside I would be whooped for who knows how long.

They put Kara in the limo and shut the door. I felt my knees go numb I fell to the ground and sobbed. Kate ran up to me cradled me in her arms and cried with me.

*Niall's pov*

I saw the cutest little girl so I had to go over to her. Then I realized someone was cradling her in their arms I smile at the older girl and asked the little girl a few questions.

I then walked over to the guys and pointed to her they all nodded and followed me.

Liam with a huge smile on his face said "guess what we are adopting you!" The little girl excited and looked at the older one. "Lily we are going to be adopted!" Lily, I'm guessing that's her name, explain to her what we were doing. Kara I think said "Lily if that guy adopted you took you home why did he bring you back?"

That broke my heart to know that that guy did that. But what shocked me even more was that Lily had bruises on her arm! She noticed me looking and quickly pulled down her sleeve. She started talking but I was lost in my thoughts. Why would any one do that to a poor little girl?

She mumbled something and ran upstairs with tears in her eyes. We started walking to the limo and she came running back with suit cases. She said good bye but when we shut the doors she collapsed on the ground and sobbed. Another girl came running out and cradled her up in her arms and cried with her.

I looked at Kara she had tears in her eyes and whispered "good bye Lily, good bye Kate, I love you!" I looked at Louis's adopted child and asked "who are those girls" she looked me straight in the eyes and said "my sisters" and then sighed. I looked at Liam and Louis and they had the same reaction I did.... How could we just separate them?

I stopped the car and ran out. I approached the area where the two girls were sitting and realized only Kate was there sobbing harder than before.

"Where's Lily?" I asked

She pointed to a office sobbing harder. All of a sudden I heard a scream and sobs and then Lily scream "MS. LEAF IT WASN'T ME BUT I WILL CLEAN IT UP PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOPPP!"

"YOU WON'T BE CLEANING UP ANYTHING LITTLE GIRL" Then to end all of that I heard on last scream and I ran in there Lily was hiding in the corner.
