It was so cold that I could barely feel my legs, which I guess was a good thing considering what I'm about to do. I approached the bridge and stopped just a step before it. I took my surroundings in, closed my eyes and continued walking. I could see the memory of just nights before. Fresh in my mind I was able to see Skyler jump as if it was happening all over again. I placed my feet where hers had been, and took in deep breaths. Slowly I calmed myself as much as I could and let myself forget everything. I let myself forget the pain, anger, frustration and depression that has all happened within one week. Just in one week Skyler's parents Mr. And Mrs. Hawkins, who pretty much had raised me as if they were my own, had died and Skyler followed. That left just Luke and I, but now it would be just Luke. Just Luke himself against the world, I felt so bad for just leaving him. The thought that what I'm about to do would probably result in Luke doing the same as Skyler and I. There would be none of us left, which sent daggers to my heart since we always promised each other it was us against the world. Not only that but at so many times we were sure that we would've won. Now we face defeat and surrender. I opened my eyes one last time and looked down, it was all a blur. I turned around so my back was facing the screeching traffic below. "Goodbye..." I whispered to myself and to everyone that I had known, even though I knew they couldn't hear me. Closing my eyes once again, hoping it would reduce the pain when I landed I let myself fall.

I landed with a crash as I could feel my bones shattering and the last thing I heard was me gasping for air, but it only lasted for a few seconds. My eyes widened, and my body then went limp. I could no longer feel anything, it was just dark, till suddenly I could see again. Except it wasn't through my own eyes. I was towering over my body and slowly rising. Traffic continued, even though my own world had slowed down. My mangled body and blood pooling out onto the road was a horrific sight. As I continued to be lifted my image had become more difficult to see now. I focused my sight in front of me now to see what I never thought was possible.

"M-Mom... D-Dad..." They pulled me into a hug. I then looked over to see three more faded images of who I had once loved more then ever. "Sky... Mr and Mrs Hawkins..."

"Kat," Skyler smiles hugging me tightly.

"Sky... I'm so sorry.. I missed you so much and..."

"Shh. It's okay. But you aren't meant to be here Kat."

"W-what do you mean I'm not meant to be here? You all died... I died... What else is there?!"

"Kat... You have so much more to live for, you need to go back." I shake my head in confusion and start to sob.

"I don't want to leave all of you... I need you guys, I don't need to go back please..."

"Honey... Luke still needs you. He needs you now more then ever."

"Mom, I don't want to hurt Luke and I'd love to help him but how? How could I live with leaving you guys! I might never see you again!!"

"We all promise to be waiting here for you. You and Luke both will have great futures, you will get through this."

Sky rests her hands on my shoulders and looks me in the eyes.

"We promise Kat, have we ever lied to you?"

"N-no." I nod looking down and letting a few tears stroll down my cheek.

"Then trust us. Go back Kat. We will be here watching over you, and you may not physically see us, but you will always be able to know we're here."

I hugged them all one last time and whispered goodbye once again. Everything blurred into a bleach white and I felt myself about to become unconscious.
