The music was blaring, the house was shaking and everybody was partying. That's how it was, except a little more extreme. Everybody was either screaming at the top of their lungs or mentioning to skyler what a great time everyone was having. I walked into the living room to see out of the corner of my eye, someone was turning on the tv. The news was on, and today's big story was a car crash. A very nasty car crash. But then I thought I recognized the car that at one time had not been covered in blazing flames.

"Wait a second..." I stared at the car for a minute longer trying to remember where I had seen it before.

"Ugh, someone keeps calling me constantly and I have no idea whose number it is!" Skyler exclaimed in frustration.

"Hey sky..." I nudged her arm. "Doesnt that look like your parents car?"

I pointed to the large flat screen TV and in a split second skyler's party expression had gone blank. Her arm lowered from holding her phone next to her ear, and then the phone dropped. Everything seemed to be going in almost a slow motion. I looked over at sky once again, she was going to explode. And she did...

"EVERYBODY OUT!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs as she slammed her hand down on the speakers, turning them off. Everyone just stared in confusion. "I said... EVERYBODY OUT! NOW!!" She pointed to the door and people knew it would be better if they just left instead of arguing.

"Sky... I'm so sorry... It's gonna--".

"don't you dare say it Kat. Because it's not okay. And when I said for everybody to get out that meant everybody."

"Skyler I..."

"Get out kat. Just get out of my house." She said turning away and throwing a plate to the floor that used to have drinks on it.

"o--okay." I said sadly and disappointed in myself. I looked at the floor beneath her one last time to see shattered glass and spilt drinks. I walked out with my head down low, i felt so bad for skyler and I had only made things worse between us when she needed someone most. Good job Kat... Good job...
