David's POV

I am so excited about having a younger sister. I've always wanted a younger sister. One I could protect, one I could tell everything. Christie was beautiful.

"Do you like her?" mum asked.

"Yes" I said.

Mom and dad decided to convert one of the rooms to her room. I made sure it was opposite mine. We both have a view of the garden.

The doctor said her favorite color is yellow and her previous room was in shades of yellow. We're going out to buy materials to decorate her room.

Angel came visiting and I told her about Christie.

"You mean she's more beautiful than I am?" she asked.

I smiled. Angel thinks she's the most beautiful person in the world just because I told her that once.

Someone made her cry and I told her that she's the most beautiful person in the world to make her smile, I didn't know she would take it serious.

"I want to meet her"Angel said very excited.

That wasn't the reaction I expected from her but its nice to think she likes Christie already.

"She's coming home tomorrow. So you'll definitely see her" I said.

"I'm so excited" she screamed and mum came running to my room.

"No fire mum, Angel is just too excited" I said smiling and mum smiled too before walking out.

We spent the entire day decorating Christie's room. Mom left dad, Angel and I to finish up saying she need to stock up the kitchen with foods Christie likes.

We finished decorating in the evening. Angel's mom came to pick her. Then mom cooked dinner for us.

"Won't we take some food for Christie?" I asked. She's probably hungry.

Mom smiled. "Doctor Frank promised to feed her with the best. I'm sure she has eaten by now" mom replied.

I nodded. That's fine.

We went to the hospital quite early the following day and Christie was just waking up.

"Good morning" she greeted happily. We responded.

Mum bath for her cos she wasn't strong enough to bath herself. I made sure I fed her breakfast. Dad went to the doctor to take care of some things and we left.

Mom suggested we went shopping first before going home.

Most of the things Christie picked were yellow.

All her pajamas were yellow, her flip flops were white, yellow and black. I picked a yellow coloured bear for her.

"Wow" Christie exclaimed as dad drove into the compound.

"Beautiful right?" I asked when we got down from the car.

But before she could respond Angel hugged her from nowhere.

"You're soooo beautiful" she exclaimed checking Christie out and I laughed.

"Pardon my manners, I'm Angella Miranda Davies. Ella for short" she said.

Christie smiled. "Can I call you Mira?" Christie asked.

"Yes" Angel screamed startling Christie and earning a glare from her mum who brought her. Angel smiled sheepishly.

"I'm Christine L...."
