After a huge and pleasant day , they both woke up with a smile playing on their lips and took out their mobiles to wish each other a good day and as destiny plays a huge role , they both texted at the same time , making way for a wider smile .

Smiling and starting the day with a content heart , Teja reached the hospital and was welcomed by almost everyone with a teasing smile playing on their lips . She was initially perplexed but then it struck her that her friend would have spread the news like wild fire and that's the reason for everyone's teasing smile .

She entered her cabin to look at all the cases to be handled today and she was immersed in those case files and was scared to death by the sudden entry of her friends from the department.

"OMG , you guys scared the shit Outta me , what are you all doing here now !" Teja ranted holding her heart and all others were smiling cuz this was the first moment where she let herself be .

"Relax aagunga Dr. Madam , aprm epdi pochu nethuuuu" a colleague of her asked and Teja looked at her wide eyed. She searched for Priya and found her standing at the door smiling to the fullest .

She throwed her best glare and it didn't even had an effect in Priya so just settled to answer the questions. "Before you all go around and start assuming things . I didn't go to meet my boyfriend cuz No 1. I don't have one . No 2 is I went to meet my long time bestfriend who came from US after fucking four long years okay !" She said with a sigh .

Making others groan while Priya's eye just widened in shock . She immediately paced near Teja and grabbed her shoulder. Both looked at each other and Teja just nodded . Priya let out a sigh and ushered everyone out immediately.

"I'm so so so sorry d , sathiyama Nan itha ethir pakala . I thought you were finally meeting someone and moving on ... " Priya said with a guilty expression.

Priya felt guilty seeing her friend in that state . She side hugged her and whispered a sorry to which Teja just shook her head telling it's okay .

A total flip for the day is not what she expected and she was roaming around the hospital with a sulky mood . It was time for checking the patients last time before her shift ends and she proceeded with that .

As a cardiologist, she has a special set of people with various health conditions of heart under her . She went to check them one by one and just jotted down the insights .

While she was about to go out without talking anything , she felt a hand tug her pants slowly and she looked at the little boy who was scowling at her . Though she felt the boy cute , she was nowhere near to play now .

So she just passed him a smile and turned. "Ipa nee matum pesama pona , adutha checkup ku co-operate ey pana maten Tej" the boy told in his childish tone pouting which made everyone there giggle.

Teja burst out laughing and took him in her arms and looked at him . "Sir ku ipa ena prechana ?" She asked gently.

"Nee dhan pesama porayae " he whined making her chuckle more . "Unta poitu pesama povana , ena da ipdi kekura " she acted like she was hurt .
