Forever Friday Again

Chapter 3

Cecy Kathrine Maddison.

I observe the clock.
This Is the last class of the day and when it is over I need to find Tyson.

One more minute.

The time changes to 3:30 pm and I get my stuff and dash out of the classroom.

"Hey Cecy wait up I need to let you know I have to go back home with my dad's wife's son," Betsy says and I laugh.

"Are you ever going to call him Brad?" I ask and she shrugs.

I see him.
I run toward him but he gets in his car.

He slowly starts to drive so I dive into the road and he stops and gets out of the car.

"CECY ARE YOU CRAZY MAD OR STUPID YOU COULD'VE DIED" Tyson shouts.
"DON'T YELL AT ME" I yell back.

He sighs and says "I am sorry Cecila I just want you to be safe".

"It's Cecy don't forget that," I say pointing at him.

He rolls his eyes and that is when Bella comes out of the car.
"Hey Cecy are you okay?" she asks.

I nod my head and walk away.

"What did you want?" Tyson asks.
"When did I say I wanted something?" I say.

"Well, the fact that you ran into the road says it all, " and I scoff.

"You know nothing about me," I say.

"Yeah, I am starting to believe that," he says.
"What is that supposed to mean?" I ask and he sighs.

"I will see you next Friday Cecy," he says getting in the car.

I groan as they drive away.
I start to regret my past decisions like ending things with Tyson.

Maybe I should've just told him the truth.
I just couldn't lie anymore and so I ended it and now it is really over.

I go for a walk in the park when I see someone familiar.

"Anna? Nancy?" I say shocked.

"Cecy hey how are you and that boy Tyson doing?" Nancy asks.
"Umm well I am doing fine and he seems very happy," I say forcing a smile.

After what happened we all became friends and now Nancy knows my mom.

"You should make sure because that is what you do when you love somebody," she says.
"Yeah well I don't think we love each other anymore," I say and she nods slowly.

"Well if you are right for each other you will be together," she says smiling.
"Bye," Anna says and they both leave.

I feel so alone but I guess that is my fault for not being honest with Tyson and telling him my secret.

I start to walk again and find myself outside a library.
I go inside since I love reading books.

I sit on one of the chairs and read the book I am currently reading.

I go to the bathroom and take off my contact lenses and put on my glasses and go back to my seat.

I am reading my book when I hear a familiar yet annoying voice.

"Oh come on just this once I love romantic movies," a girl says.
She is blond with nice hair and acts as sweet as a child.

Then she turns and I see her face.

"Bella" I whisper yell.

Now that I think about it her hair looks weird and she acts like a snob.
Oh gosh, now I am being mean to her in my thoughts because she has Tyson.

My glasses drop from my face and I pick it up and remember Tyson can't know I need them.

I go underneath the chair and slowly crawl my way away while looking behind me.

I bump into something or someone.
"No crawling in the library," a girl says and I know her.

Iris is her name, she is Bella's sister.

Wait she doesn't know me because in her head we haven't met.

"Yeah sorry," I say standing up and walking away.
"Hey Tyson come here," Bella says and she comes in my direction.

I hide behind the bookshelf and peep in between the books.

"Look at this one," she says showing him a book.

"Wow that looks interesting," he says smiling.
He leans in for a kiss and I can't help it.

I push the bookshelf chasing it to make a huge bang.

Bella never got hurt (Sadly) I run out of the library but of course, they follow me.
"What the heck was that?" Tyson says.

"I was getting a book and I tripped," I say.

"Oh really you happened to trip at that very moment," he says and I nod.

"Stop it Cecilia just stop it," Tyson says.
"Don't talk to me like that" I say angry.

"You don't want to date me fine I am over that but when I move on you sabotage my date with Bella. She could've gotten hurt" he says.

"That was a terrible date idea and her getting hurt was the plan," I say.

"CECILIA KATHRINE MADDISON... STOP IT JUST STOP IT RIGHT NOW" he shouts leaving me stunned.

"I know you are scared but trust me so am I" he says softly.

I roll my eyes and walk away knowing deep down what Tyson is saying is true.
I get home and lie on my bed.

I cannot do this anymore.

I wish I never liked Tyson because then I wouldn't be involved with any of this at all and I would be in college and free and not have to repeat Friday over and over again.

I cry and cry so much that my pillow is soaking wet.

What did I do to deserve this?
Why is my life like this?

I wonder if there is a way to end this for good.

I close my eyes and cry myself to sleep.

I wake up and indeed it is Friday.

I groan and my phone starts ringing.
"Hey," I say sleep still in my voice.

"Hey, Cecy I wanna say I am sorry about Friday yesterday or whatever it is called," Tyson says and I laugh a little.

Well, you died so I am going to be a bit kind to you and Bella" I say and he pauses.
"I didn't die," he says.

"Well, neither did I," I say confused.

"Then why is it Friday?" Tyson asks and I shrug even though he can't see me.

"Oh, boy Cecy this is a lot worst than we thought," Tyson says and I can tell he is scared.

"This isn't the end just a new and even worst beginning"
