Chapter 53

For the next 3 whole days, my legs were wobbly. Ubayashiki probably knows why, so he didn't put me on any mission for the time being.  But today is the day that I start again. And I heard that it's a mission with...Inosuke?

The moment I told Yoriichi about it, his cheeks puffed up. "Can I...take his place and go with you?" He softly asked, trying hard to not make it obvious that he's jealous. "Well...no, it's Master Ubayashiki's order?" I said, rubbing his head. We are in the kitchen of the butterfly mansion. Everybody else was pretty busy in there, so we tried our best to stay out of their way.

"But what if you get hurt? I don't trust him.." he mumbled, cutely lowering his hand. I chuckled at his adorableness, and pulled his neck down till his face if muffled in my shoulder. "Come on, it won't be that baddd, its just a single day of mission~" I rubbed his back to make him feel better. "He still isn't the trusting type though.." his cuteness was overwhelming me, so I hugged him tightly, and never letting go. 

But then, he did the unexpected. Burrying his face into my chest, he hugged me even tighter, causing me to turn full-on red. "Yori? Not right now! I have to-" I began, but he just didn't let go. But suddenly, his head was smacked by a pillow. I jumped back, shooked. "You better not harrass (Y/n) anymore! She has to go on a mission!" Aoi yelled with her hands on her hips. 

"Ow...what was that for? I'm pretty sure I'm not harra-" Yoriichi began but got smacked in the head again. The girls and I just laughed at the chaotic scene of Yoriichi and Aoi chasing each other around the kitchen. I also used this oppurtunity to slip away and go on my mission. 

Heh, sorry Yori, but I'll come back as soon as I can!

"(Miss pronounced name)! Hurry up!" Inosuke yelled, waiting outside the gate of the butterfly mansion. As usual, he wore that boar mask and was shirtless. Just where does this guy keeps his katana? Or does he just hold them the whole time? This guy's impossible to understand I swear.

"It's (Y/n)!" You yelled back. "Whatever, let's go," he said, turning his back at you and huried down the sidewalk. Sheeeshhhhh!

Inosuke definetly wasn't the type to chat about something. He's a buff person that finds pleasure in fights, which I COMPLETELY don't get. Whenever I try to start a random conversation, he always respond with a 'you wanna fight?' I got pretty annoyed about it and just ignored him for the rest of the walk towards our destination.

"I think this is the place.." I mumbled, checking around the place. We both arrived at a nearby town. It seemed to be pretty peaceful, quiet and all, but people say there's a demon lurking around here, that ties people upsidedown. 

"(Y/n), the demon isn't here," Inosuke suddenly said out of nowhere. But my eyes just shone, and I looked directly at him. "What?!" He yelled in annoyance, backing away. "YOU JUST SAID MY NAME CORRECTLY!" I yelled, jumping up and down. "Yeah, so?!-" Boom!

We were both shooked by the sudden loud explosion. 

"Let's follow it!" I yelled, running towards the place where the explosion seemed to take place. 

When we arrived, we were confused about the scene. It was in a forest, but there was blue and golden flames everywhere. Yup, this was definitely a blood demon art. Must be a strong demon...

"What the hell is this?!" Inosuke yelled, looking around the forest. 

"My children, you're finally here." A sudden voice said. You jumped about 4 feet up into the air. Turning around, you saw...the more horrifying face you have ever seen.

It was the demon.

(Yes, this demon will be an OC!!!)

The face was completely pale white. It was very, very slim, as if it hasn't eaten in days. Its eyes were ice-blue, but with blue liquid rolling down. And it's mouth...was filled with blood. I screamed in terror at the horrifying face, Inosuke noticed and swung his katana at it with no hesitation.
